1. It shouldn't be installed with wave guide , door stone

2. The ceiling should not be made into a lamp trough
To be honest, I regretted it after installing it. There is a small trough on it, including putty blocks, dust, and wooden sheet materials. I don’t know what to do when hygiene in the future.
If I have the opportunity to install a new house, I will choose to make the following double eyelid ceiling, which is simple, durable and practical, and the most important thing is that it does not accumulate dust and saves the trouble of cleaning and hygiene. Of course, I don’t want the black titanium decorative lines anymore. Instead, I feel low when the layering is not much improved.
3. The TV background wall should not be equipped with wooden grilles, and should not be concave design
The background wall is concave design is contrary to common sense, limiting the size of the TV set, causing trouble to replace the TV later. I was originally interested in a TCL 85-inch quantum dot TV. Due to the size of the TCL, it cannot be installed, so I can only die.
Also, it shouldn't be equipped with wooden grilles, they look good, but cleaning is too troublesome. If I were given another chance, I would consider large white walls, full wall stone slabs, or replacing wooden grilles with wainscoting.
5. The track socket and downlight should not be installed
. The track light on the sideboard should not be installed. It looks practical on the surface, but in fact it is difficult to clean the dust, and it is far less practical than the 86-type socket.
Speaking of sockets, I have to say that my ceiling downlight was a small hill. I originally thought the light was shining, but I didn’t know it was flooding. When it hits the wall, there is no sense of layering or atmosphere. Later, I asked the master and found out that I bought the wrong light bulb and should buy the spotlight.
6. The water and electricity design is unreasonable.
. Living, dining, home, forget to reserve surveillance camera sockets, which makes it impossible to install now.
Secondly, the refrigerator forgot to walk a set of lines separately, which is somewhat inconvenient to use.
7. The bay window of the master bedroom should not be left
. The idea used to be simple, leave a bay window and put a mat to use as a leisure place. After moving in, I realized that what I need most at home is storage space, and more cabinets should be made, and a rest place is optional.
8. It shouldn’t be found to decorate with acquaintances
Acquaintances are not bad for decoration, but many details cannot be discussed and the contract is incomplete. For example: delayed house payment penalty, construction technology, contract attachments... The biggest mistake in this is that the construction safety responsibilities are unclear, and secondly, the construction technology is unclear. If you install a house and negotiate a contract, you must be as constrained as the owner below.
9. The person responsible for the construction is not clear about
. It must be implemented in advance. Who is responsible? Who is the management? Who is to communicate with the situation? Don’t be like me. If you have something, you can’t find someone, and the communication plan cannot be implemented. It will take a few days for small matters, and a big matter will be delayed for ten or half a month.
