I am decorating a rental house recently.
My house is in Jingxi, and it was a welfare house distributed by the company back then. The house has a very good house built by the company itself, and the quality is also good. I was divided into new houses and unfinished at that time. At that time, I was tight at the time. The only principle of decoration was to be "cheap", and furniture was also a collection of used furniture. In a flash, more than ten years have passed, and that house has also created benefits for me. Last month, the tenant bought a house and returned to rent. I went to the room and saw it "very good"! The floor has completely changed color, the walls are colorful, the bathroom tiles are falling off, and the dilapidated furniture left by several tenants is crowded with the house. I wanted to clean up briefly, but there was really no love at all. I thought that there was no such business as horses to run and not eat grass, so I decided to decorate it in an instant, with a budget of less than 40,000.
is of course mostly low-end. Now it seems that it is actually easy for young people to build a new home. Apart from the hell of a house, other "pits" are easy to fill. For example, if I watch TV, the 40-inch one is still the online version, which can be handled for a few hundred yuan. I think we had to work hard for our whole family to buy a TV back then! When I bought the floor, when others heard about the rental house, they recommended " engineering board ", which was not even as good as "engineering board". I calculated that the floor was like a pair of shoes, and I had no shoes to lose half of them! I don't want to live a poor life all the time, nor do I want my tenant to live a poor life with me. I still bought the flooring brand, and of course I chose to offer discounts.
I am a little tolerant of the "low-fit life". Our generation has come from a difficult life. "Cheap" is the "demon" in my heart! When I hear "cheap", I am secretly happy, happy, and think about it without thinking.
When pushed to enterprises, "price war" is a powerful tool for marketing. The price "you are lower, I am lower", and ultimately transmitted to the products is to reduce materials and labor. The hidden benefits of R&D expenses are squeezed out, so how can a "high-quality brand" be produced?
When pushed to the cultural level, people like to "make big with small profits" and "making money out of nothing", and take advantage of the "greedy" weeds grow overgrown!
The one who destroyed it in the end was himself. Even the people were worthy of soy sauce!
The source of "low-class life" is hard to say. Because the rental price is low, I instinctively don’t picky or consider beauty when buying things; because I rent a house, the tenant tries to lower the price, and instinctively feels that it is not my own, and I don’t picky or cherish it. Since I am just an intermediary, I calculate my own profits and complete the rental as soon as possible, and there is no need to lower the price. Low prices are the core of the rental interest chain, and the common sense that "houses are for living" is ranked behind.
"Low-provided life" is ultimately due to the inability to bear in the output of interests, not only to others, but also to yourself. Buy cheap clothes and buy yellow-labeled food... We Chinese are diligent and thrifty, and should be richer than foreigners. I remember when I went to Chinatown, New York, when I saw our compatriots, I always felt that it was a bit low-end, and after all, it was "not particular"! Sometimes, if you pay a little attention to it, you will have a bit quality and dignity! It is always said that "people rely on clothes and horses rely on saddles." The rise of a country is reflected in people's lives getting better and better, and its external appearance is that it is becoming more and more particular!
So I don’t feel sorry for spending some money on the decoration of a rental house this time. I want to see the tenant’s eyes lit up when he arrived at the room and said, “This is quite particular”!
For me, this is a good word!
