1) Grinding and cleaning the floor: The floor requires no coarse particles, no cement lumps, and no dust. The flatness reaches 2m and the ruler is not greater than 3mm.
2) Apply and base the coating once: For floors with different density, use permeable floor varnish as the base and apply it on ordinary rollers to strengthen the base surface, seal the capillary pores of the cement surface, and enhance the adhesion of paint . Before foundation, the surface is required to be free of dust and dispersed sand particles.
3) Paste glass fiber cloth layer: Use high-solid floor adhesive paint to mix evenly, and then use it to paste the fiber glass cloth. The fiber cloth that is pasted is flat, does not bulge, the resin paint is uniform, and there are no bubbles, etc.
4) Scrape the mortar layer once: use epoxy paint and curing agent to stir evenly and mix sand, and scrape it with a scraper. The mortar surface requires uniform particles and no sand particles to fall off.
5) Scrape the putty layer once: Use epoxy paint and cure evenly and mix it with quartz powder or talc powder to scrape it. Stain clean after drying. It is required to be impermeable to have bottoms, no floating sand, and no sand holes on the surface.
6) Brush and apply anticorrosion surface coating once: use epoxy anticorrosion surface coating and curing agent to stir evenly, and apply the roller once. It is required to have uniform colors and consistent thickness, no obvious brush marks or joints, no brush leakage, no bottom transparency, no bubbles, and no orange peel.
7) Maintenance floor: Maintain the floor for 3 days to achieve the best performance. No walking during maintenance.
