During the construction process, a master encountered bubble problems with epoxy colored sand. What is the reason?
1. The gap has not been cleaned up, and the impurities in the gap are one of the reasons why the epoxy color sand bubbles.
Solution: Before the beautiful seams construction, the gaps should be cleaned in advance.
2. In humid environment, the moisture in the gap evaporates, which will lift the rubber surface and form a bubble.
Solution: Check whether the gaps in the tiles are wet, and wait until the gaps are dry before carrying out construction.
3. The gap is too small or the gap is not filled and not full, and the air and moisture at the bottom will push up the thin part of the material to form bubbles.
Solution: If the gap is small, you should choose special dense seams and colored sand. When filling the gap, the material needs to be filled with full filling.
4. The heating temperature of epoxy color sand is too high, and the temperature in winter is low, and it is necessary to heat the beautiful seams appropriately. If the heating temperature is too high, bubbles will easily occur.
Solution: It is best to control the heating temperature to about 60 degrees, and heat it for about 8-10 minutes.
5. The inferior seam-beautiful products have poor production processes and are mixed with a lot of gas during the production process, resulting in bubbles during construction.
Solution: Choose high-quality epoxy color sand products.
