1. Fully automatic backflush filter structure consists of pig side brush or stainless steel plate wire brush, stainless steel filter mesh and mechanical components. The transmission system motor and electric regulating valve are self-cleaning sewage treatment, and the operating mode is automatic operation (can also be manually controlled). When the water filter device is flowing, the mechanical impurities in the water are blocked by the filter net. When the residue accumulated on the surface of the filter net is raised, the pressure difference is 0.04MPa. At the same time, the pressure difference is developed and designed to send a signal. At the same time, PLCh is sent out, and the transmission system motor is run, and the filter valve is turned on. The residue attached to the filter net is brushed off and discharged from the sewage outlet. The entire cleaning process does not require actual operation or shutdown of the machine. At the same time, this equipment also has the function of cleaning on time, ensuring that the amount of water discharge can be trusted under any circumstances.
2. The working pressure source water enters the human body from the water inlet pipe. First, it is mainly to filter out larger particulate residues by pressing through the coarse filter. The pressure inside the drain outlet of the coarse filter enters the fine filter to further cut off the small residue in the flowing water. At the same time, during ultrasonic synchronous operation, the bubble core in the liquid is vibrated. When the sound intensity reaches a certain value, the bubble will continue to surge and then suddenly turn off. Therefore, when the bubbles collapse quickly, they will get a continuous high temperature (50,000 K) high pressure (more than 1,000 atmospheric pressure) into the bubbles, because the liquid around the bubbles quickly rushes into the bubbles, and the liquid around the bubbles causes a strong partial shock wave, which also generates some ultra-high pressure and high temperatures, causing the effect of a series of ultrasonic double-clicking mouse intelligent pressure differential filtering devices such as ultrasonic sterilization, cleaning, crushing, emulsion, dispersion, and promoting chemical changes.
As various pollutants accumulate in the fine filter, the safety channels of the filter system are blocked, and the pressure difference between import and export trade is gradually widening. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the pressure differential transmitter transmitted to the import and export trade converts the detected pressure difference data into a 4-20mA current signal and conducts it to the automatic control system. The working frequency of the softener can also be preset through the duration. When the usage time is set, the system software automatically runs the schedule motor and backwash high-pressure water pump .
At this time, the transmission system pushes the stain collector equipped with a vacuum suction cup to rotate on the inner side of the filter, and the level is back and forth. At the same time, on both sides of the filter, the high-pressure backwashing device and the sewage treatment equipment operate simultaneously and have a mutual relationship. Without stopping normal operation, use only a little product water to carry out a high-pressure softener on the filter. The softener water is quickly sucked into the stain collector by a vacuum suction cup based on the filter screen, and sent to the sewage treatment room, and finally discharged from the sewage outlet.
