Chlorine dioxide is an internationally recognized broad-spectrum powerful disinfectant, efficient oxidant and excellent bleaching agent, and is widely used in various water treatment sites. But it is flammable and explosive, and has certain dangers. Therefore, when we install chlorine dioxide generator , we must follow the chlorine dioxide generator installation and use standards.
1. The equipment should be installed indoors to avoid direct sunlight causing the equipment to age. The indoor temperature should be above 15 degrees and below 40 degrees.
2. Because chlorine dioxide has a certain oxidation property, when choosing the installation location of the equipment, try to avoid being placed in the same room as other electrical equipment, and a separate equipment room should be set up.
3. A concrete foundation should be installed on the ground between the equipment, and a low-level exhaust fan should be installed to ensure good ventilation in the room. A flushing faucet and drainage sewer should be installed in the room. The air inlet of the equipment should be placed outdoors.
IV. The chlorine dioxide gas produced by the chlorine dioxide generator is extracted through the negative pressure generated by the water emitter. It is mixed with water in the water emitter and then passed into the treatment water. There should be errors before and after the water emitter. The power water pressure that drives the operation of the water emitter is required to be between 0.2Mpa and 0.3Mpa. Therefore, a pressure of 0.4Mpa should be reserved between the equipment.
5. The equipment temperature control box should be placed separately from the equipment. If it cannot be isolated, please pay attention to taking necessary anti-corrosion measures.
6. The equipment should be placed horizontally. The vertical distance between the water emitter and the equipment air outlet should not be higher than 1.5 meters, and the length of the pipeline between the two should not be greater than 6 meters. check valve should be installed vertically. During installation, check each valve and tighten the interface to avoid air leakage.
