Beijing Fangfeng, crispy and easy to break. From its cross-section, it has a woody yellow heart in the middle, a brown ring outside the heart, and a light brown outer skin with fissures. It has a slight aroma, a sweet taste, and a slightly bitter taste.
Western parsnip, also called oral parsnip, has a smaller top link and more remaining vascular bundles. It is commonly known as broom head . It is also similar to the shape of carrot , with lighter skin color and more longitudinal wrinkles.
