(1) Appearance inspection should be carried out before the valve is installed. Valves and check valves whose working pressure is greater than 0.1MPa and which have the function of cutting off the main pipeline and regulating the system's cold and hot water operation conversion and should be inspected. Strength and valve disc sealing performance testing, and the test should be qualified. The strength test pressure should be 1.5 times the nominal pressure under normal temperature conditions, and the duration should not be less than 5 minutes. The valve shell and packing should be free of leakage. The tightness test pressure should be 1.1 times the engineering pressure, and the pressure should remain unchanged during the test duration.
(2) The handle of the manual valve installed on the insulated pipe must not face downwards.
(3) The actuator of electric valve should be able to control the opening and closing of the valve throughout the process.
