Antibacterial and deodorizing finishing agent HOLPOSON® CAPTAIN A-T is a protective functional material focusing on the antibacterial and anti-mildew field of textiles. It can effectively inhibit the growth of E. coli , Candida albicans and other bacteria, and complies with American standard AATCC100 testing index. Applicable textiles include: polyester , nylon, acrylic , cotton, viscose and their blended fabrics, etc. It can be used in home textiles, clothing, socks, curtains, wall coverings , car interior textiles, plush toys and other products to give the products durable antibacterial protection, making the above textiles less likely to become moldy and smelly due to the growth of bacteria.

2. Usage method
First Weigh a certain amount of antibacterial and deodorant finishing agent HOLPOSON® CAPTAIN A-T, add water while stirring, then gradually dilute it into the feeding tank, and produce it according to the following process: 2. Product performance 1. HOLPOSON® CAPTAIN A-T is a hot-melt antibacterial agent , which can be dyed at the glass transition temperature of chemical fibers. The general dosage is between 0.5 and 1.0%. 2. It is suitable for dipping method, dyeing bath method, hot melt dyeing method, finishing, spray method and other processes. The product has a wide range of applications and is effective. 3. This product is suitable for antibacterial testing standards such as AATCC 100-2012, ISO 20743:2013 and other antibacterial testing standards. 5. It has obvious inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, etc. 6. Safe for skin contact. 7. This product does not contain organic solvents, is non-toxic, non-irritating to the skin, and does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metal ions. Disperse dye ---Cold water washing----dehydration----drying----styling (adjust the feel and add hydrophilic softener)

HOLPOSON® CAPTAIN A-T is suitable for foam finishing. According to the requirements of foam processing, it is used in foam working fluid. In order to ensure good permeability and uniformity on medium-thick fabrics, the processed fabrics should be kept in a moist state (moisture content 15-30%). .
4. This product has excellent durability and can pass washing standards such as AATCC-135 and ISO6630 for more than 50 times.
