They continue the previous traditional Chinese style and combine it with modern elements to form a new Chinese style.
This issue introduces a new Chinese style decoration design with an actual construction area of 126 square meters. Although the area is only over 120 square meters, it still has a four-bedroom structure, which is very suitable for a family with three generations living together.

Original structural diagram
The overall layout of the house is relatively good. Not only is there a large balcony space next to the living room, but there is also a small balcony space next to the dining kitchen. There is no entrance hall. When you open the door, you can see the living room and dining room. The worst thing about this is that there is no room for a shoe cabinet at the entrance, so any side takes up other space. In fact, there is also a small balcony in the bedroom. The developer arranged it this way to count it as a free area. Generally, this space is a "half-sale, half-free" type of space.
The original four-bedroom structure was changed to three bedrooms, and one bedroom was eliminated to make the master bedroom suite. It is really comfortable.
floor plan
According to the needs of the owner, some partial changes were made to the floor plan to make the space utilization of the house more reasonable and the circulation more comfortable. The small kitchen balcony next to
has been removed, and the balcony has been expanded to increase the kitchen area. Originally there was a groove in the dining room, which was used as a cabinet. The balcony in the living room is divided into two, one half is used as a living balcony, and the other half is used as a leisure balcony, so that the utilization rate is better and higher.
Living room
Since there is no entrance, the first thing we see is the living room space. In the middle of the sofa background wall is a wall panel with patterned art paintings, and the surrounding solid wood lines embellishment; the symmetrical wall lamps on both sides have a Chinese-style symmetry effect and can also add a light source to the living room.
The design of the TV wall is full of charm. The four marble slabs in the middle are pieced together to form an atmospheric overall shape with ink painting patterns. Together with the wooden grille with Chinese characteristics, it looks very "fragrant".
Let’s take a look at its top surface design. In addition to the main light, several spotlights are embedded around the ceiling. The advantage of the spotlights is that they are not dazzling and their light is relatively soft.
balcony
The design of the balcony is made of ceramic tiles, which makes the balcony look more grand visually. There is no threshold stone in the middle. is to visually integrate the two spaces into one and increase the visual effect of each other. .
A set of very simple wardrobes is built at the door stack from this perspective on the balcony.
came to another perspective. A door was made here, and the other side leads to the living balcony. The previous large balcony space was better functionally planned. The two leisure chairs in the middle allow people to enjoy sun bathing.
Restaurant
Coming to the restaurant space, first look at this perspective, facing the only set of cabinets in the restaurant. We can't just say it is a wine cabinet, because it also has the function of a shoe cabinet. The house itself has no entrance, so it is difficult to make a shoe cabinet. So simply combine the shoe cabinet and the wine cabinet to form a multi-functional cabinet.
From this perspective, you can have a panoramic view of the restaurant. Directly opposite is the sliding glass door of the kitchen. The transparent glass can bring a good lighting effect to the restaurant, and the visual transparency will be much better.
The other wall of the restaurant is mainly used for decoration. There are three hanging paintings in the middle, and the edges are decorated with solid wood wire frames and metal wire frames.
Aisle
In addition to the door frames on both sides, the most eye-catching aspect of the aisle is the art painting facing it.
Master bedroom
Come to the master bedroom space and see the background shape of the bedside. In the middle is a wall panel mural with lifelike patterns, including plants and animals. Decorations were hung on both sides.

The original bay window in the master bedroom was smashed, and it was rebuilt into an integrated cabinet design with a bay window cabinet and a dressing table. It not only has the function of makeup, but also has the function of storage.
Study and cloakroom
This cloakroom is relatively large. It was converted from a bedroom, and cabinets were built on both sides to increase its storage function.
This is not just a cloakroom, it can also be used as a study. A set of desks in the shape of a "7" in the corner can accommodate two people working together, and the light here is better.
There is a bookcase next to the desk. The open grid is suitable for placing books and decorations.
