1. Cutting off PVC electrical casing:

Use a special pipe cutter to cut pipes, suitable for small diameter pipes with a diameter of 16-32mm. When using a pipe cutter to cut pipes, you should rotate the pipe while cutting so that the opening can easily cut into the pipe wall and rotate to cut the pipe. The use of hacksaw to cut pipes can be applied to pipes of all diameters. After the pipe is cut, the pipe opening should be repaired until it is flush and smooth.

2. Bending of PVC electrical casing:

1. Cold bending method (applicable to small diameter pipes):

Use special elbow spring to bend the pipe: insert the spring into the pipe where it needs to be bent, and hold it with your hands At both ends of the pipe, hold the middle position with your knees, and slowly bend the pipe with both hands. Because the pipe has a certain elasticity, the actual bend should be about 15 degrees smaller than the required bend. After the pipe can bounce, check whether the pipe is bent. Meet actual usage needs. If it matches, the spring can be pulled out; if it doesn't, continue bending the pipe to the required curvature.

When the spring is difficult to remove, you can turn the spring counterclockwise while stretching it outward until the tube comes out. If the pipe is long, you can tie a rope or thin wire on both ends of the pipe. When you need to take out the spring, you can pull the rope on both sides and slowly relax while pulling out the spring.

2. Hot bending method (applicable to 32 and above diameter pipes):

First heat the place where the pipe needs to be bent with a hot air machine or a hot water bath. If there is a spring, insert the spring first. After the pipe becomes soft, immediately fix the pipe on the wooden board and gradually complete the required bending, or use a hand-held pipe bender to bend the pipe to the required bend. Wait until the tube has cooled completely before pulling the spring out. What needs to be noted here is that you must not use an open flame to heat the pipe.
