However, fortunately, in 1899, Fan Weiqing, a dealer specializing in antiques, came to Anyang, where he heard that there was Lord Wang Yirong's words here, so he bought some special places to go to the capital to find Yirong for verification. Wang Yirong denied it one after another, but he discovered that the characters on the oracle bone inscriptions turned out to be ancient characters.
Then, told Fan Weiqing and others that he wanted these words to ask if there were any, and if there were, he was willing to pay a high price. When Fan Weiqing brought the news to Xiaotun, Henan, the people there boiled. Originally, they thought that those Oracles were nothing but ordinary things, but they didn't expect it to be so valuable.

It was not until 1928 that the Central Research Institute of China launched the Yin and Shang ruins archeology program, which truly marked the beginning of scientific excavation technology. According to statistics, there are more than 30,000 original oracle bone inscriptions unearthed so far.
So, what evidence is there to prove that Oracle is a Shang Dynasty script? In fact, to prove this, it is necessary not only to identify the burnt remains of the oracle bones in the oracle bone inscriptions, as well as the shape of the oracle bone Chinese characters, but also the most important point is to study the words carefully. He first sorted out the names of some of the queens of the Shang Dynasty, and then spliced together the oracle bones that Mr. Wang Guowei gave him to form the names of the six emperors of the Shang Dynasty. They are: "Upper A, B, C, D, Shiren, Shigui".

The first kings of the Shang dynasty in "Records of the Historian: Yin Benji" are as follows: "Zhaoming, Xiangtu, Changruo, Cao Yu, Ming, Zhen, Wei, Baoding, Baoyi, Bao C, Lord Ren, Zhugui.” It can be seen that although the lineage table of Shang Dynasty in the historical records and the oracle bone inscriptions are different, they echo each other.
Although, the Oracle Shang Dynasty lineage table subverted the cognition we gained from "Historical Records". However, they all confirmed the existence of the Shang dynasty and laid a solid foundation for future generations to study the Shang dynasty. These oracle bone inscriptions were as important as Sima Qian.
