Luoyang force refers to the force that Dong Zhuo entered into Beijing after He Jin died, and the main representative is Zhang Liao. The Luoyang army is nominally
under the command of Lu Bu. Niu Fu is Dong Zhuo's son-in-law. The Xiliang Army is actually in control and has a high status in the Xiliang Army, but its combat capabilities are not very good. After Dong Zhuo entered Luoyang, he sent Niu Fu to Hanoi to resist the White Bo army, but Niu Fu did not win. When Dong Zhuo died, Niu Fu was outside. Lu Bu sent Li Su to attack Niu Fu and was defeated by Niu Fu. Later, some soldiers in the Niu Fu army defected. He thought that the whole army had been mutinous, so he and his confidant Hu Chi'er fled with gold and silver, and was killed by Hu Chi'er.
Li Wei and Guo Bang are the most capable generals in the Xiliang Army, commanding the elite of the Xiliang Army, and their status is under Niu Fu. When Dong Zhuo entered Luoyang, they were the ones who were sent out to do the looting work. They also defeated Zhu Jun in Zhongmu. When Sun Jian fought Luoyang Dong Zhuo and felt threatened, he discussed with Liu Ai, the long history of the time. Liu Ai believed that Li Wei and Guo Bang had better commanding soldiers than Sun Jian. Although this has the meaning of flattering Dong Zhuo, it cannot also deny the ability of Li Yu and Guo Bang.
After Dong Zhuo arrived in Chang'an, Li Wei and Guo Bang were also sent out to harass the Kanto region. After Dong Zhuo and Niu Fu died, Li and Guo planned to escape to Xiliang, but Jia Xu dissuaded him from attacking Chang'an, defeating Xu Rong and Lu Bu, forcing Wang Yun to kill, and gaining control of Chang'an. Then Li Wei and Guo Bang defeated Ma Teng and Han Sui, who were also the Xiliang army, and took control of the government. Li Si fought with Fan Chou first, trapped him, and later fought with Guo Bang and attacked each other. Under Zhang Ji's mediation, Li Yi guarded Chang'an, and Guo Bang led Xiandi to Luoyang, but on the way he repented and pursued him. Guo Bang was killed by his men. After Emperor Xian was greeted by Cao Cao, Cao Cao sent people to lead the former Xiliang Army Duan Jian and others stationed around Guanzhong to conquer Li Yu. Li Yu retreated to Huangbai City (near Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province) and was killed by his subordinates.
Duan Xuan, born in a famous family in Liangzhou, his army is relatively independent, but he is not seen by Dong Zhuo. When Dong Zhuo moved west to Chang'an, Duan Yan was stationed in Huayin, where he built water conservancy projects and developed agriculture. After Dong Zhuo's death, he did not attack Chang'an with Li Zhang and others, maintaining relative independence. When the Emperor Xian returned to the east, food was provided. After Emperor Xian was greeted by Cao Cao to Xuchang, he sent people to lead Duan Jian and others to attack Li Lao, and finally defeated Li Lao at Huangbai City. Duan Yan did not surrender to Cao Cao, thinking that he was a Hanchen, and he was able to achieve the post of Doctor Guanglu at the highest level. He died in 209.
Zhang Ji belongs to Niu Fu, after Li Zhang, Guo Bang and Fan Chou. When Dong Zhuo entered Luoyang, he defeated Zhu Jun and robbed Yingchuan along with Li Wei and Guo Bang. After Dong Zhuo died, he also counterattacked Chang'an with Li Zhang and others. Later, because of his relatively small strength, after Li Su trapped and killed Fan Chou, he avoided disaster and stationed abroad. After Li and Guo did not hesitate, Zhang Ji came to persuade and persuade both sides to let Xian Emperor return to the east. On the way back from Dong, due to feud with Yang Feng and Dong Cheng, he joined forces with Li Wei and Guo Bang to pursue Emperor Xian, defeating Yang Fengsuo's tribe. Later, due to the lack of food in the army, he attacked Nanyang and died. His nephew Zhang Xiu took over the army, reconciled with Liu Biao and stationed in Wancheng. Later, Zhang Xiu surrendered to Cao Cao, and because Cao Cao accepted Zhang Ji's widow, the Zou clan, killed Cao Cao's eldest son Cao Ang and the fierce general Dian Wei. Before the Battle of Guandu, Cao Cao surrendered again, and the army was taken over by Cao Cao.
Hu Zhen was appointed by Dong Zhuo to fight against Dong Zhuo when the group was against Dong. Lu Bu could only serve as a riding overseer under Hu Zhen. The reason why Dong Zhuo did this should be that Lu Bu could not control the Xiliang army, and Hu Zhen can. This move caused dissatisfaction with Lu Bu, and eventually led to Hu Zhen being defeated by Sun Jian and Hua Xiong being killed. After Dong Zhuo’s death, Hu Zhen surrendered to the court. When Li Zhang counterattacked Chang’an, Wang Yun was sent to join Xu Rong to fight against Li Zhang in Xinfeng (now Lintong District, Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province). Xu Rong was killed and Hu Zhen surrendered. Unite with Li Subing and take Chang'an.
Fan Chou is under Niu Fu, under Li Nao and Guo Bang. After Dong Zhuo died, he followed Jia Xu's persuasion together with Li Yu, Guo Bang, and Zhang Ji, and succeeded in the counterattack against Chang'an. Later, together with Guo Baibang, Ma Teng and Han Sui's combined army pursued Ma Teng until Chen Cang. Because he did not continue to pursue him, Li Ma was suspicious, and Li Ma was lured and killed.
Xu Rong, because he is not from Xiliang, he is influenced by the WestCool people crowded out. But because of his own ability, Dong Zhuo reused. Once defeated the Cao Caojun and Sun Jianjun who led the army to challenge Dong, they surrendered to the court after Dong Zhuo died. When Li Cheng counterattacked Chang'an, Wang Yun was sent by Wang Yun to fight against Li Cheng with Hu Zhen and was killed.
Jia Xu is a general in the Xiliang Army, but he is low-key and is not valued by Dong Zhuo. After Dong Zhuo's death, he persuaded Li Yu, Guo Bang and others to counterattack Chang'an, which directly caused the Han Dynasty to no longer stand up. When Li and Guo fought each other, they took refuge in Duan Yan, and when Duan Yan was jealous of him, he took refuge in Zhang Xiu. After successfully losing Cao Cao twice, he persuaded Zhang Xiu to turn to Cao Cao. During the Battle of Guandu, Cao Cao and Yuan Shao fought decisively; before the Battle of Chibi, Cao Cao was persuaded not to mobilize the people to attack Jiangdong; when Ma Chao and Han Sui attacked Chang'an, Ma Chao and Han Sui turned against each other when Ma Chao and Han Sui attacked Chang'an. He did not make a clear statement but directly gave Cao Cao his decision. Jia Xu is one of the few in the Three Kingdoms who is considered to be an inexhaustible person. He always made a wise choice to protect himself in accordance with the situation and lived to his 77-year-old longevity.

Summary: After Dong Zhuo's death, Niu Fu can actually be on the stage of history as Dong Zhuo's successor. Unfortunately, an accidental misjudgment led him to receive the lunch first. Niu Fu will not die, and the chaos of Li Yu and Guo Pun can be avoided. It was precisely because of his death that the Xiliang army became Li and Guo, and they refused to accept each other, which led to a series of incidents. History has no ifs.
