Soong Ching Ling contacted all patriotic and democratic forces and fought against Chiang Kai-shek, the Kuomintang. In the 1930s, Chiang Kai-shek ordered his confidant to attack Soong Ching Ling several times. Dai Li was the head of the Kuomintang spy and had been engaged in special agents and spies for a long time, and Shen Zui was Dai Li's subordinate whom he trusted very much.

Shen Zui's brother-in-law Yu Lexing is the core backbone of Dai Li's Fuxing Society's secret service.
