It can be seen that the amount of exercise is also very large. This is a great movement in static, the movement of the limbs will be minimized, and the movement of the qi and blood will be maximized. After standing, there will be no shortness of breath or rapid heartbeat. This is equivalent to removing unnecessary factors other than regulating qi and blood.
