From July to August 1900, the army and the people of Heilongjiang shared the same hatred for the enemy and carried out an indomitable and heroic anti-Russia struggle against Tsarist Russia's invasion of China in three locations: , cities, (Harbin) Hulan, and (Harbin) Acheng!
(I) Sanxingcheng City Blocking Battle (Yilan County Town Blocking Battle)
① Sanxingcheng (Yilan County Town) is located in the northeast of Harbin and the west of the Sanjiang Plain. It is adjacent to Songhua River in the north, to Woken River in the east, and to Mudanjiang in the east.
