(I) Cheng Zhuomin fought as a member of the Communications Department of the Third Bureau of the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China as a military liaison officer of the Northwest Field Army (Northwest Bureau) in the late period of the Liberation War. On the battlefield of Liberation and Greater Northwest, Wang Zhilian, a comrade-in-arms, a fellow villager, a classmate (i.e., Weinan County Middle School [now Weiyang Middle School] in 1925, Fang Zhongru was the teacher of the school at that time) and a colleague (Yang Hucheng Pacification Office).
Fang Zhongru
Wang Zhilian (around October 1947 to early November 1948) established a underground red radio station of the Communist Party of China under the name of "Chunhede" paint shop in the west of Ximutou City, Nanda Street, near the most prosperous Bell Tower in Xi'an. The radio operator was Liu Zhenfu, a radio operator who was once the "Eighth Office of Xi'an". At that time, the pseudonym Liu Zengfu seemed to have different names, but it actually pronounced from the name. It seems that the same is true, but the words are different. What is the inside story between Liu Zhenfu and Liu Zengfu? What is the inside story? It still needs to be verified and studied? More colleagues who are interested in the history of hidden fronts further crack the secrets of this hidden front. However, from the perspective of the existing information of the "Chunhede" paint shop and the identity of Wang Zhilian who has determined that Wang Zhilian is undoubtedly a worker in the underground hidden front directly under the Social Affairs Department of the CPC Central Committee, the radio station under the Xi'an Bell Tower should have some kind of communication and reporting relationship with Wang Zhilian's comrade Cheng Zhuomin.
Although this radio station was cracked by Zhang Chengxin, the head of the Xi'an Electricity Supervision Section of the Kuomintang in November 1948, the ending of this "Xi'an version" in the "Xi'an version" established by Wang Zhilian and the "Shanghai version" in the ending is that the worker of the underground hidden front of the Communist Party successfully instigated the Kuomintang in the Xi'an Electricity Supervision Section of the Kuomintang, Zhang Chengxin, released the radio operator, and with the cooperation of relevant personnel from the Social Department of the Northwest Bureau, Zhang Chengxin, the back of the people in the Chengdu Uprising in December 1949!
In addition, after 1930, Cheng Zhuomin served as the captain of the radio station of the Yang Hucheng Pacification Office. At that time, Wang Zhilian was the driver of General Yang Hucheng's special car and the squad leader of the driver's squad of the Yang Hucheng Pacification Office! )

Comrade Cheng Zhuomin was born on May 16, 1909 in a farmer's family in Chengjiazhuang, Weinan County, Shaanxi Province. Cheng Zhuomin, who studied at Weiyang Middle School in 1925, was inspired by the enlightenment education and influence of Marxism-Leninism and progressive ideas, improved his revolutionary awareness and actively demanded to participate in the revolutionary organization. Soon, he devoted himself to the peasant movement and the patriotic movement of students, and participated in the organization and publicity of peasant associations and demonstrations against imperialism and support for the Northern Expedition Army, as well as the overthrow of local tyrants and evil gentry and corrupt officials.
The vigorous mass anti-imperialist and anti-warlord struggle is developing in depth, which has caused the reactionaries to be extremely afraid and hatred. They have siege the " Weihua Uprising " led by the Communist Party and brutally suppressed the revolutionary armed forces. Weiyang Middle School was forced to be closed down by reactionaries, and Comrade Cheng Zhuomin was forced to drop out of school and left his hometown to make a living in Xi'an. When Feng Yuxiang's National Alliance Headquarters Kaifeng Radio School was recruiting students in Xi'an, he applied for the exam and was admitted. After graduating in the autumn of 1929, he and Comrade Li Yuting (a member of the Communist Party of China) and four others were assigned to Xi'an Fixed Radio Station as intern radio operators.
After the liberation of Xi'an in May 1949, he and Lei Zhenqi were sent to the Shaanxi Provincial Environmental Telephone Management Office to perform military takeover missions. In August of the same year, he and Lei arrived in Lanzhou with the army, worked in the telecommunications group of the Lanzhou Military Control Commission, and were sent to the 8th District Telecommunications Administration of the Kuomintang Ministry of Transport for military takeover. After resigning in 1950, he served as deputy director of the Office of the Lanzhou Telecommunications Administration of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, deputy director of the Office of the Provincial Posts and Telecommunications Administration, deputy director of the County Talk Department, director of the Infrastructure Department, consultant, and director of the Provincial Telecommunications Equipment Factory. He was serious and responsible and wholeheartedly made positive contributions to the restoration and construction of the postal and telecommunications industry in Gansu Province. After retiring, he was seriously ill, and actively wrote materials on party history, devoted himself to his own life until his death. He later died in Lanzhou on June 13, 1986.
