Opening
In order to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the study and education of party history, and to continuously consolidate and expand the results of party history learning and education, the Nehe City Archives utilizes collection resources and jointly launches the “Nehe Memory” column with the integrated media center.
Nehe Red Archives was formed in the old revolutionary base area of Nehe and mainly consisted of two parts: the first part is the revolutionary historical archives, which records the historical picture of the people in the Nehe revolutionary base area leading the Communist Party of China to participate in the revolutionary struggle one after another, and documents, photos, physical archives and other materials formed in the revolutionary struggle; the second part is the oral historical materials and memoirs formed after the founding of the People's Republic of China, as well as archival materials formed to commemorate the revolutionary war activities.
launches the "Nehe Memory" column, which is a review of the struggle of the people in the old revolutionary areas of Nehe from standing up to becoming rich and then strong, carry forward the great spirit of building the Party, and inspire the people of the whole city to draw wisdom and strength from the party's century-old struggle history, forge ahead on a new journey and make contributions to the new era, and constantly create a new situation in the development of various undertakings in Nehe City.

Issue 15: Zhao Hongquan
(1949-1977)
Zhao Hongquan, Han nationality , was born in June 1949 in a poor peasant family in Debaotun, Kongguo Village, Nehe County. In October 1968, he participated in supply and marketing . He worked diligently and devoted himself to the public. He tried his best to put out the fire twice and was rated as an advanced worker in the commune and supply and marketing cooperative for eight consecutive years.
On the evening of September 22, 1977, he was on duty at the Debao Supply and Sales Department. Late at night, four gangsters broke into the window with swords, trying to steal state property. When he faced the gangster, he was not afraid. While shouting about someone coming, he fought with him naked. The gangster asked where the sales money was stored. He refused to answer and insisted on calling for help. The gangster was frightened, so he slashed four times on the head and body and ran away. After he woke up, he climbed to the backyard with the greatest perseverance to call the police, but eventually died of excessive bleeding. He was only 28 years old. The provincial government approved Zhao Hongquan as a martyr, and the commune party committee recognized him as a member of the Communist Party of China .
