The first peasant uprising in Chinese history
Chen Sheng, whose birth year is unknown, has left many famous sayings throughout his life.

Born at the wrong time
After Chen Sheng's uprising, the oppressed people revolted one after another. From Beijing to Nanjing, from Xi'an to Qingdao , beacon fires were ignited everywhere. The Qin Empire had just unified the whole country, and soon it became shaky.
Without too much hesitation, Chen Sheng ascended the throne and became king under the favorable circumstances, with the country name " Zhang Chu".
Chen Sheng took advantage of the victory and pursued it. Starting from Dazexiang Uprising , he successively conquered Anhui, Henan, Shanxi, and marched into Shanxi. The frontline of his troops was directed at the capital of the Qin Dynasty Xianyang . The vanguard troops could even see the roof of the Xianyang Palace.
Unfortunately, the Qin Dynasty produced a capable man Zhang Han, who recruited hundreds of thousands of criminals near Xianyang to attack the rebel army. The rebel army was resting and recuperating, but was caught off guard by these hundreds of thousands of new troops and was defeated all the way.
Zhang Han took advantage of the victory to pursue, while Chen Sheng retreated all the way. You chased me and escaped. In the end, Chen Sheng fled to Anhui and was about to regain his strength, but he was killed by the traitor Zhuang Jia, which became an eternal hatred.
