firm Can’t be a deserter

When I was young, it was difficult at home.Lack of food and clothing, and often can't fill his stomach, so he fled from Henan to Lucheng , Shanxi. In 1945, the troops passed by our village, and I joined the army. I was 16 years old that year and worked as an attendant in the regiment headquarters. Two months later, I was transferred to the guard company. After working in the guard company for a year, he became a guard for engineer commander Li Lianghan.

Life was very difficult at that time. Once, when I was on a mission in the trenches outside the headquarters, suddenly the enemy’s shells came over. The three comrades we were on duty were instantly buried, and the other two comrades died on the spot. I was lucky enough to survive. Down. For a period of time, there were many people in the company that gave birth to scabies, and they didn’t have any good medicine, so they used the local methods of the common people and picked a herbal medicine locally. It is said that this herbal medicine works well. . If the clothes are dirty and there is no soap to use, I wash the clothes with alkaline water. Sometimes I can't buy the alkaline noodles, so I crush the ash to wash the clothes. When the troops were transferred from Shanxi to Hebei for rest, they had to pass through the Ping-Han line. At that time, the Ping-Han line was controlled by the Kuomintang. We took advantage of the darkness and drove on the road. We couldn’t cough or talk along the way, posture should be low and fast, the whole march and life. Both are more difficult. There were two or three soldiers in our class who surrendered from the Kuomintang army could not bear this hardship. So they told me quietly, let me take them to escape when I crossed the forest farm. I resolutely disagreed and reported the situation to the leader immediately. The leader was serious and serious. After patiently doing political and ideological work for them, these soldiers felt ashamed and dispelled the idea of going home. In the end, no one was deserted in the army.

I came to the army from a poor family. In any case, I can eat and wear clothes and share the joys and sorrows with the soldiers. I feel very gratified and satisfied, so I work hard.Earnestly study cultural knowledge and improve ideological consciousness. The biggest characteristic of me is diligence. No matter what job I assign, I have to do it well. Apart from doing a good job, I don’t have any selfish thoughts. I am diligent and diligent. I am often praised by the leaders. Later, I was sent to the advanced step school to study. At the age of 19, due to my outstanding performance, I joined the Communist Party of China in the Advanced Infantry School. My referral to the party was the platoon leader and instructor at the time. When the oath was taken, the leader led me to take the oath. From then on, I remembered the oath of "obeying the party constitution" and "fighting for communism for a lifetime."

I stayed at school after graduation and worked successively as administrator, car team captain, and chief of department. Later, he went to the Political Department of the Advanced Infantry School to study for less than half a year. After graduation, he was assigned to the 65th Army. He successively served as platoon leader and instructor in the Transportation Company of the Logistics Department. After that, I was transferred to the logistics department and worked for about 8 to 9 years. At that time, we spent most of the time performing tasks on the border of Inner Mongolia. Later, the Beijing Military Region transferred some military-trained cadres from various units to strengthen local armed construction. I was transferred out and assigned to the Armed Forces Department of Changzhi City. Later, they were transferred to in Yangcheng County and in Pingshun County. Before retiring, he served as political commissar of the Armed Forces Department of Pingshun County.
