Chen Ti (1894-1934) Zi Xiaoshan, Anxi Jingu, born in 1894. He joined the party in April 1928 and was an early member of the Communist Party of China in Anxi. He used to be the secretary of the Dongxi Party League Branch, the deputy captain of the Anxi guerrillas, the director of the Anti-Rent Subdivision Committee, and the director of the Land Department of the Annan Yongde Soviet Government. Arrested in March 1934 and died heroically.

Chen Ti, courtesy name Xiaoshan, was born in Shenyang Village, Dongxi, Jingu Township, Anxi County, Fujian Province in May 1894. Although the Chen family was a farmer, they did not have their own fields. For the family's life, his father took his brother everywhere to make bricks and tiles for others. Chen Ti also often went hunting in the mountains, and practiced good marksmanship. Chen Ti's teenage years coincided with warlords fighting, bandits everywhere, plundering by the Kuomintang government, and exploitation by landlords and gentry, which made the people of Anxi, with many mountains, few fields, barren and poor people, financially bankrupt and displaced. From 1918 to 1926, "for nine years, the distribution of funds and salaries, as well as all kinds of harshness, did not happen every day." Chen Ti was extremely dissatisfied with this, and often criticized the Kuomintang government among the masses for wantonly looting the people's fat and ointment, making it difficult for the people to survive.
Chen Ti followed his father to print bricks and tiles in the Dapu, Chenzhuang and Qingyuan areas of Yongchun, and when he went hunting in the mountains of Anxi and Yongchun border areas, he had frequent contacts with the Communists, and saw with his own eyes that the Communist leaders in Yongchun, farmers and peasants, carried out anti-tax and anti-tax struggles with , which is quite affected. In 1928, with the help of the Yongchun Party Organization, Chen Ti secretly organized a mutual aid society in his hometown of Dongxi to mobilize the peasants to fight against rent and tax.In April and May of that year, he was absorbed into the Communist Party of China and became the first party member of the Yongchun County Party Committee in Anxi. In the summer of 1929, the first party organization in Anxi, the Dongxi party league branch, was established, with Chen Ti as secretary. In order to mobilize more people to devote themselves to the revolutionary struggle led by the Communist Party, Chen Ti is not afraid of fraying his feet. No matter the hot summer day or the bitterly cold winter night, he always runs around and spreads revolutionary ideas. Chen Ti has a forthright personality, and revolutionary comrades like to come to his house, especially foreign comrades who mostly eat and live in his house. Chen Ti's home became a revolutionary stronghold and an underground transportation station. In the middle of the night on March 2, Chen Ti went home to rest after holding a preparatory meeting in Daping Village, Dongxi, and was found by the enemy. Chen Xiaotang and Chen Fangwei immediately surrounded Chen Ti's residence with militia soldiers. Chen Ti and Hong Run were arrested until late. Killed at the door. Chen Ti, who ignited the revolutionary fire of Anxi, gave his precious life to the revolutionary cause. was 40 years old.
