Not long after the rural investigation was over, investigators found another report on Teng Zhiyuan, a student at the North Sichuan Party School in 1951: Yang Dafa When the couple came to our village, they invited Bao Jia for dinner the next day, and then they stayed here. In desperation, Yang Dafa and his wife had no excuse to shirk, and took a photo with everyone. Afterwards, the Public Security Bureau took photos of Yang Dafa and his wife and compared them with photos of Yang Jinxing in the past. After many confirmations, the two photos should be of the same person, and Yang Dafa was most likely Yang Jinxing.

The police sent the photo to Yang Jinxing's residence before liberation. Neighbors were invited to distinguish it. After seeing it, the residents all said, "He is Yang Jinxing. I am very familiar with him. He often plays mahjong with us. I'll admit I'm wrong!"
At this point, the public security officers identified Yang Dafa as Yang Jinxing, the former director of the White Mansion and a former Kuomintang spy, and decided to arrest the criminal Yang Jinxing immediately to prevent him from escaping in disguise.
In order to successfully arrest Yang Jinxing, the Chongqing Public Security Bureau sent 4 police officers to the Sixth District Office of Qingju Township on June 16, 1955. In order to make the arrest smooth, they decided a coup.
