1. Lying Zhongchen
on the banks of the Qinglu River is a round soil mound with a height of more than 5 meters. It is covered with grass and trees of various sizes. The tomb is backed by the Qinglu River and faces west. 2. Born in a famous family, a loyal minister
Wang Yun (137~192 years), Zishi, according to the book of "Hou Han", he is Taiyuan County People from Qixian (now Qixian, Shanxi). The Wang family is a family of officials and eunuchs in Shanxi. They have held important official positions in prefectures and counties for generations. They have a great influence and high prestige in the local area. Wang Yun took a public office at the age of 19, and his reputation as an official is growing.
In the early years of Emperor Han Xian, he served as Situ and Shang Shuling. In the first three years of Ping, he created a "serial scheme" and successfully murdered Dong Zhuo with Lu Bu. Later, Wang Yun was killed by Dong Zhuo's generals in Chang'an, when he was only 56 years old.
In 196 AD, after Emperor Xian of the Han Dynasty moved the capital to Xuchang, he remembered his loyalty and built a cloak tomb for Wang Yun in Xuchang. It can be seen that the tomb of Wang Yun on the Qinglu River is actually his burial mound.

Later generations have mixed reviews on Wang Yun. Some praiseworthy believe that he and Lu Bu eliminated Dong Zhuo together and eliminated a treacherous official for the Eastern Han Dynasty. In 2015, Xuchang City reinforced Wang Yun’s tomb and improved the surrounding environment. In January 2017, Wang Yun's Tomb was recognized as a Xuchang municipal cultural relics protection unit.
What I see now is the restored tomb of Wang Yun. The mound of the tomb was heightened, and the surrounding area was reinforced with stone slabs. The cypress tree at the top of the tomb has been preserved. Still some tourists like to climb to the top of the tomb, leaving a narrow road on the mound to lead to the top of the tomb.
