And after failing in several court trials, Hong Xiuquan accidentally read the Christian doctrine of preaching God. The content of the doctrine made Hong Xiuquan deeply moved. As a result, Hong Xiuquan sprouted concepts such as belief in God and the pursuit of equality for all. After that, based on his understanding of Christian doctrines, Hong Xiuquan founded the God-Worship Club in Guiping, Guangxi. The first group of people to join the God-Worship Club was Yang Xiuqing, Xiao Chaogui, and Wei Changhui.
January 11, 1851 is Hong Xiuquan’s 38th birthday. On this day, Hong Xiuquan and his followers gathered in Rhino Ridge to launch the Jintian Uprising, the founding of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, Hong Xiuquan proclaimed himself the King of Heaven, and then began the Northern Expedition and the Western Expedition.

However, after conquering Tianjing, Hong Xiuquan himself was immersed in beauty, coupled with internal fighting (the Tianjing Incident), the Taiping Army quickly fell into decline. So, how crazy was Hong Xiuquan's behavior before Hong Xiuquan was dying? To put it simply,

In November 1863, Zeng Guoquan led an army to occupy Xiaolingwei outside the Tianjing City. In addition, there is a lack of food and grass in the city, so Li Xiucheng proposed the strategy of "let the city go away".
The so-called letting the city leave is to abandon the city and move to another place, waiting for a comeback. However, this strategy of Li Xiucheng was irritated by Hong Xiuquan. Hong Xiuquan said:
"I will go down to earth in accordance with the decree of God and the decree of my heavenly brother, Jesus (Jesus), to be the only God in the world. Why should I be afraid? Political affairs are beyond your control. If you want to go out, if you want to be in Beijing, let it be yours. I have iron buckets, but you can’t help, but someone can help! My heavenly soldiers are more than water. Why should you be afraid of the demon! You are afraid of death, that is. He will die!"
It is not difficult to see that at this time Hong Xiuquan really regarded herself as the spokesperson of God, and felt that God would send a heavenly soldier to rescue him, and there was no need to fear Zeng Guoquan outside the city. Z1z

"You can eat sweet dew in the city, it can keep you healthy." The "sweet dew" of
sounds tall, but it is actually all kinds of weeds on the ground. Some people say it can't be eaten, but Hong Xiuquan said: "Do Okay, I'll eat it first."
After that, Hong Xiu ate food made from this weed all day long, and eventually became poisoned and died of illness the following year. Before
died, Hong Xiuquan did not forget to "appease" everyone:
"Public peace of mind, I will go to heaven, and receive the heavenly soldiers from my heavenly father and brother, and keep Tianjing."
