The so-called two kings are Prince Chun, two of the twelve iron hat kings, Zaifeng and Prince Qing Yili. Zaifeng was the second regent of the Qing Dynasty for more than 260 years, and Prince Qing was the Minister of Military Affairs and Prime Minister of the Cabinet. The youngest five ministers, Ren Feiban earned 100,000 yuan per year in 1905, the Qing court sent five people abroad to investigate politics. There are the Minister of Revenue Dai Hongci , the Minister of War Xu Shichang , the governor of Hunan Duanfang , the Right Chief of Commerce Shaoying and Zaize. When Cixi and Guangxu learned of the explosion, they immediately summoned Zaize and urged him to go abroad for investigation. In the end, the five ministers who went abroad were designated Zaize, Shang Qiheng, Li Shengduo, , Dai Hongci, and Duan Fang. Among these five people, Zaize is the youngest. Zaize attached great importance to this inspection and gained a lot, with significant results, which promoted the decision to prepare for constitutionalism. He proposed to Cixi and Guangxu three benefits of constitutionalization: First, the throne is forever, second, external troubles are gradually diminished, and third, internal strife can be eliminated. Five ministers were valued by Cixi and Guangxu in Birmingham. Zaize's residence is called Zegong Mansion, which is specifically located on the north side of Donghuangchenggen (now known as Di'anmen East Street ). There are two doors, one of which is the car door. The small bedroom car can be opened into the car door on the slope. The main door is three groups of courtyards parallel to the east and west. The east road is not formal, with servants' housing, large kitchens, etc. There are four-story courtyards on the middle road, which are composed of main houses, east-west room and ear room and . The backyard is Zaize's residence, and the main room is hung with the imperial plaque "Weiqingtang" given by Puyi . West Road is the Manchu Garden and the study part. While Zaize was the Minister of the Du Branch, due to his abundant income, he carried out large-scale renovation of the back garden building in the mansion.

Therefore, the manager represented the entire public administration, colluded with local warlords to share the rent of the public administration equally, and even used various names to enrich his personal pockets. The prince's mansion was getting worse and worse, while the manager's pockets became more and more bulging.

In Zhu Deshang's "Thirty Years of Experience" records: Zaize was unable to be buried after his death. A daughter had already been buried and voluntarily sold herself to bury her father. This matter is known to Xiong Xiling. Thinking of Zai Ze's kindness that Zai Ze had received, he personally went to Ze's mansion and handled all the things behind him. Zaize's coffin was transported to Liangxiang (now Fengtai District ) and the government site was sold to the Far East Mission Church. Until the early 1950s, Zegong Mansion was used by the Far East Missionary Church.
