Are there any overseas forces?
I guess everyone has the same answer as me, that is, there must be, and it has always been, and it has never disappeared.
So, are they easy to succeed in infiltration, spread rumors, destroy and incite foreign enemies?
I don’t think so!
On October 1, 1949, New China was founded . There were more enemies at that time or today. They all failed at that time, can they still succeed today?
Let’s think about which group the enemy infiltrates abroad is most likely to incite trouble. I think it is a grassroots organization that directly contacts the people.
Because it is not easy to enter the senior civil service team, ordinary people have no energy, so this group is the most convenient for them to act.
Once they find an opportunity, they will immediately face the people, thus achieving their ulterior motives.

I think it is easiest to solve this problem with Chairman Mao’s words:
Ancient and modern times, both dynasty and dynasty, no matter which dynasty, no matter which party, no matter which character, no good ending to be separated from the masses.
Here I would like to quote a passage from Mencius : "If the king treats his ministers as his brothers and feet, then the minister treats the king as his heart; if the king treats his ministers as dogs and horses, then the minister treats the king as his countrymen; if the king treats his ministers as earth, then the minister treats the king as a bandit"
