Deng Xiaoping's great achievements are well known. The news of his death came out, and the whole country was sad. Deng Xiaoping's old comrade-in-arms, Bo Yibo, who was 89 years old, was deeply sad. With tears in his hands, he wrote an elegy couplet with eight big words "One person is eternal, one person is eternal" for Deng Xiaoping to mourn Deng Xiaoping.
After Bo Yibo wrote these 8 words, everyone present was moved, shed tears without realizing that, and choked sobs were heard from time to time. What is the deep meaning of these 8 words? Some people cannot help but understand it. Later, Bo Yibo specifically explained: "One person has passed through the ages, which expresses my condolences for Comrade Deng Xiaoping."
Many people may not know that Bo Yibo and Deng Xiaoping have a deep revolutionary relationship. Bo Yibo was born in 1908 and is from Dingxiang County, Shanxi Province. Later, he was admitted to Shanxi National Normal School. Influenced by progressive ideas, Bo Yibo joined the Communist Party of China in December 1925.
In the summer of 1926, Bo Yibo was arranged to go to Taiyuan and other places to carry out publicity work, mainly to mobilize mass work. In 1927, after the failure of Revolution, Bo Yibo served as a member of the Shanxi Provisional Provincial Party Committee. He was ordered to go to northern Shanxi to restore and rebuild the party organization. Since then, he has been engaged in military transportation work in Beiping , Tianjin and other places for a long time.
Because Bo Yibo worked behind enemy lines for a long time, he was not very famous and not many people knew about him. However, the work behind enemy lines was not easy to do, and he was full of dangers and could sacrifice at any time. In June 1931, Bo Yibo was arrested in Peiping for betrayal by the traitor. During this period, he was imprisoned by the enemy for five years. He still insisted on fighting in prison.
It was not until September 1936 that Bo Yibo and others had 54 people rescued. Later, he was sent to work in Shanxi. Bo Yibo worked well in Shanxi. On August 1, 1937, he established the Shanxi Youth Anti-Enemy Death Squad , and he served as the captain of the corps and the political commissar of the First Column.
Afterwards, he led the first column to Southeast Jin to fight against Japan, and led the establishment of Taiyue Anti-Japanese Base Area . Later, Liu and Deng’s army arrived in southeast Jin, and Bo Yibo and Deng Xiaoping met. Since that period, Bo Yibo has worked under Deng Xiaoping. Later, he established Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong and Henan Border Region Government , and Bo Yibo served as vice chairman.
1 Anti-Japanese War After the victory, the Central Bureau of Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong and Henan were established. Deng Xiaoping served as secretary of the Central Bureau and political commissar of the Shanxi, Hebei and Henan Military Region. Bo Yibo served as deputy and became Deng Xiaoping's deputy. Later, the founding of New China. After the financial and economic work conference in 1953, Bo Yibo continued to assist Deng Xiaoping in leading the work of the Ministry of Railways, the Ministry of Transport and the Post and Telecommunications Department.
Later, Bo Yibo assisted Deng Xiaoping in his long-term work. In the special decade, both Deng Xiaoping and Bo Yibo were impacted. Later, Deng Xiaoping returned to resume work.
