However, Cai Yuanpei understood that the Beiyang warlord Zhang Zuolin could not agree to this request, so he advised Zhao Renlan and said: You should be patient. Your child is still so young. If you disobey Zhang Zuolin and forcefully go to the funeral, someone may hurt you, mother and son. At the end, Cai Yuanpei promised: If there is a suitable opportunity, we will definitely hold a grand funeral for Mr. Li Dazhao. During this period, Li Dazhao's eldest son Li Baohua saw the news of his father's murder, so he quickly hid at the home of his father's friend Zhou Zuoren , and later used a pseudonym to study in Japan. In early 1928, after Li Baohua was admitted to a physics and chemistry school in Tokyo, his life was also guaranteed.
However, the life of my mother and sister who are in her hometown can be said to be quite miserable. When my father was alive, because he was a professor and writer at Peking University, the monthly expenses were enough for his family life, and his children's education was no problem at all. But now, there is no source of life, and it is a problem for family members to have food, let alone children go to school.
One day, Li Dazhao's wife was cleaning up her daughter Li Xinghua's room and accidentally discovered a small notebook that her daughter secretly taught herself. She felt sad for a moment. Her daughter clearly wanted to go to school, but her current family situation could not satisfy her children's most basic wish.
After this, Zhao Renlan was thinking secretly for several days. Finally, she sent a letter to her husband's friend Zhou Zuoren, who was in Beijing. In the letter, he expressed gratitude to Mr. Zhou for protecting his son Li Baohua and also told him about the difficult situation at home, so as to ask Zhou Zuoren to help her children enter school and receive education. Zhou Zuoren has always valued friendship, so after receiving the letter, he immediately started to arrange to bring Zhao Renlan's daughters, Li Xinghua and Li Yanhua, to Beijing and arranged for them to attend Confucius School in Beijing.
Li Xinghua and her sister were grateful for their father and friends’ support, and they also used their own efforts to start earning some living allowances. The handout wax boards in the school are their most common work-study projects.
By the time Li Xinghua successfully entered the high school department, it had been five years since his father was killed. That summer, Li Xinghua joined the underground party and has since embarked on the same revolutionary path as his father Li Dazhao.

On April 23, 1933, Li Xinghua's family finally waited for the news that Li Dazhao's body, who had been in the temple for six years, was arranged to be buried. However, what Li Xinghua and the others did not expect was that the funeral journey was not going smoothly. When the funeral procession was halfway through, the police outside the coffin began to drive away and beat some revolutionary masses who came to the public memorial service and Li Dazhao's living friends. Some of them were even injured and blood flowed. For a moment, there were constant wails and crying, and the funeral was forced to stop. Finally, under the adjustment of Cai Yuanpei, , Hu Shi and others, the surrounding constitutional police finally withdrew, which made Li Dazhao's coffin successfully arrive and be buried in Wan'an Cemetery in Peking (Beijing). Just one month after Li Dazhao's funeral, Zhao Renlan, who had been holding on for a long time, finally couldn't hold on and passed away while sick, at the age of 47.

This year, Li Dazhao's eldest daughter Li Xinghua was only 22 years old. After that, Li Xinghua completed his studies in Yan'an and successfully remained as a middle school teacher.
As a revolutionary base, Yan'an lives are very hard. The children not only do not have decent classrooms, but also have textbooks and tables and chairs. To this end, Li Xinghua ignored his hard work and began to compile textbooks by himself, teaching students in the cave regardless of wind and rain. Li Xinghua is very serious in his work. When he reviews homework for students, he often has the situation of "more annotations than homework". Later, Li Xinghua was selected to be transferred back to Beijing and stayed in a middle school in Beijing to continue teaching.
According to data research, not only scientists and professors appeared among Li Xinghua's students, but also central ministers and leaders... It can be said that there are many students all over the world.
Later, Li Xinghua was blind, but he still insisted on oral writing and completed the book - "Recalling My Father Li Dazhao". However, unfortunately, Li Xinghua died of illness before the book was published. He was 68 years old.
And among Li Dazhao's children, Li Baohua's fate, which Li Xinghua strives to protect in court, can be regarded as the best. When Li Baohua returned to China after his studies, he inherited his father's revolutionary will, chose to join the Shanghai Student Union in Japan, and followed the party organization to participate in various anti-Japanese patriotic movements. After the founding of New China, Li Baohua also served as the secretary of the provincial party committee sent by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to Anhui Province. Later, he was entrusted with an important task and presided over the rectification of the financial industry, helping China successfully join the International Monetary Foundation . Finally, Beijing Enxiang's old age was born in his later years and died of illness in 2005 at the age of 96.
Li Dazhao's second daughter Li Yanhua was the same. She joined the revolutionary party during her school days and worked as a teacher in her hometown in Hebei. Later, the revolution was victorious and Li Yanhua was transferred back to Beijing to work until she died of illness in 1979.
In addition, Li Dazhao's other son, Li Xinhua, also served as the principal of a middle school in Beijing after receiving a good education. In 1989, he fell to his job due to official duties.
