There is no airtight wall in the world . Xiao Yubi's corruption was soon discovered. Although he fled, he was still arrested. Because of the huge amount of corruption, he was sentenced to death.
When the judgment was sent to Chairman Mao, Chairman Mao sighed and issued an instruction: fully supports the court's judgment!
On the end of 1941, Xiao Yubi was executed by gunfire, becoming a negative example in Yan'an.
