It is reported that Microsoft earlier described the restart plan of "Fables" as a "new beginning" of this well-known fantasy game series. In 2018, Eurogamer released a message saying that Playground will participate in the production of the new version of "Fables of Gods and Ghosts".
Playground Games co-founder and studio director Gavin Raeburn recently left the company, which has worked for 12 years.
