Xbox boss Spencer recently said in an interview that they have nothing to say about Platinum's public desire to revive " Dragon Scale Incarnation ".

"Dragon Scale Incarnation" was announced in 2014 and is planned to be launched on Xbox One, but after a long period of development, it was cancelled in 2017. In February this year, Kamiya Hideki called Microsoft and wanted to revive the project.
When interviewed by Game Watch, Spencer was asked whether "Dragon Scale Incarnation" could be resurrected. Spencer responded with a smile: "There is nothing to say about "Dragon Scale Incarnation".
Xbox and Platinum have previously explained the "Dragon Scale Incarnation" incident, but Hideki Kamiya from Platinum Studio recently said that she would assume full responsibility for the cancellation of the project.
In a video released in November last year, Hideki Kamiya said that the core reason is that Platinum lacks experience in using Unreal Engine and creating online functions.
When asked why he felt better luck developing Dragon Scale Incarnation for the second time, Kamiya told VGC earlier this year that he believed Platinum had grown after the game was terminated.
