Actually, this wave of "mistakes" are game bugs. Doggo used the new hero Nila in this game. He triggered a special mechanism when A exploded the fruit, causing him to take off on the spot and become the focus of the audience.
As we all know, will jump in place only when the fruit is detonated in the center of the exploding fruit. When Doggo exploded fruit A, it was not at the center of the fruit, but at the edge.
After our actual testing, , when Nila explodes the fruit at the maximum attack distance, Doggo will jump on the spot. In , we changed multiple positions and tested near other exploding fruits. The same jump in place occurred, proving that this is a common BUG.
The reason lies in Nila herself. She is a melee shooter hero. Nila's attack range is only 225 yards, while the explosion radius of the explosive fruit is 325 yards.
After many tests, we found that a hero with an attack range of 225 yards will have a higher chance of jumping in place when the fruit is detonated at the maximum range of the basic attack.
So, is this BUG only triggered by heroes like Nila whose basic range is 225 yards? This is not the case with
. The new version of the Fatal Rhythm rune can increase the hero's attack distance. Therefore, a hero with an attack range of 175 yards will also jump in place if he increases his attack distance to 225 yards through Fatal Rhythm.
We tested Yasuo, Ornn, Noshou , Galen and other melee heroes. When they increased their attack power to 225 yards through lethal rhythm, they were able to respawn at multiple exploding fruit respawn points A on the map. Fruit will reproduce this BUG.
Nila is currently the only hero in the League of Legends whose initial attack power is 225 yards, which can just trigger the explosive fruit to jump in place. After all, has only been launched into the official server not long ago, and people may not have played it many times. Neither the designer nor Doggo was aware of this situation.
I hope the official can fix this bug soon. After all, Nila's appearance rate has gradually increased recently, and explosive fruit is a very common plant in the canyon, so the two will interact more frequently. This jumping bug in place can easily cause unfair problems, such as not jumping over the wall when being chased, or failing to keep up with your teammates when they start a group fight.
