Braised pork potatoes!

Ingredients:

1st pork belly, 2 potatoes, onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves

Method:

1, cut the pork belly into pieces, put it in a pot with cold water, add 1 spoon of cooking wine, boil it and remove it; cut the potatoes into pieces with a hob.

2. Pour pork belly into the pot, stir-fry out the oil (no oil is needed), fry until both sides are golden and taken out.

3. Leave a little oil at the bottom of the pot, add rock sugar and boil until caramel color, pour in pork belly and stir-fry, add dried chili, bay leaves, star anise, and cinnamon, then pour in 4 small bowls of boiling water, add 3 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, and simmer for 30 minutes on medium-low heat.

4. Pour the potatoes on the lid, add appropriate amount of salt, simmer for another 20 minutes, and finally close the sauce over high heat and you can take it out of the pot.

1, Pork belly fry the oil, and the two sides change color, and then serve it. Don’t stir-fry it, if it is burnt, it will be stewed!
