According to reports, the 12,000-ton super-large composite thermoforming servo hydraulic press released this time is currently the model with the largest tonnage and strongest processing capacity of similar products in China. It is another major breakthrough in the field of non-metal forming equipment. Previously, the hot forming machine of 10,000 tons of super-large tonnage composite materials, hydraulic press, , has been a key equipment monopolized by developed countries abroad. The successful research and development of this major country's heavy equipment hydraulic press fully reflects the comprehensive strength of Yangli Group. It not only fills the gap in domestic large-scale composite thermoforming equipment, breaks foreign monopoly, but also demonstrates that the domestic civil defense and military equipment manufacturing capabilities have reached the international advanced level and have applied for patents in the United States. The research and development of the 15,000-ton elevator heavy block smart line project released at the same time was successful, which is in line with the current green environmental protection concept, promotes the recycling and utilization of industrial waste, reduces energy consumption, and comprehensive technical indicators reach the international advanced level.
