Live Rizhao learned from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission that this year, our city has vigorously implemented the "seven networks" infrastructure construction action, focusing on the "seven major areas" of comprehensive three-dimensional transportation, modern logistics, energy security, urban municipal public facilities, modern water network, new infrastructure, and rural infrastructure, and promoted 341 key projects with a total investment of 302.17 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 32.88 billion yuan. Among them, there are 29 comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network implementation projects, with a total investment of 54.29 billion yuan, an annual planned investment of 8.86 billion yuan, and 7.09 billion yuan was completed from January to November, accounting for 80% of the annual plan.

Lanshan Shugang Railway Project
total investment is 2.45 billion yuan, derived from the newly built Gaoxing Line of Wi-Ri Railway , it is connected from north to south to Shangang Rizhao Premium Steel Base Railway Special Line and Lanqiao Port Railway Special Line. The total length of the line is 44.2 kilometers. After completion and opening to traffic, the collection and distribution system of Lanshan Port will be further improved and the "road to rail" transportation volume will be improved.
pinglan Railway capacity expansion and transformation project
total investment is 2.06 billion yuan, the total length of the line is 33 kilometers. It is expected to be completed and opened to traffic by the end of 2023, which will further improve the service guarantee capacity for bulk cargo transportation.
Rizhao Station passenger transport facility renovation project
total investment is 1.92 billion yuan, the newly built site building area is about 43,500 square meters. The passenger yard is planned and built with 4 passenger yards and 7 lines in scale. There is a storage line at the west end of the yard, and the underground city corridor is simultaneously equipped.

G342 Rizhao Qingdao Border to Wuliancheng section of Rizhao Qingdao Border to Wuliancheng District
Total investment is 100 million yuan, the total length of the line is 26.2 kilometers. The starting point is at the intersection of National Highway 342 and Beijing North Road in Chaohe Town, passing through Kuguan Town, , Wulian Mountain Scenic Area, Hubu Township , Songbai Town , Hongning Street , and the end point is located on the east side of the intersection of 22 Provincial Highway , and has been completed and opened to traffic in September this year.
Lanshan Port Shugang Expressway

total investment is 8.35 billion yuan, the total length of the line is 61 kilometers, and it is built in accordance with the two-way eight-lane standard, with a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour, and is expected to start construction in June 2023.

Rizhao Port Shijiu Port District East Coal South Movement Project
Total investment is 2.6 billion yuan, South #5-#7 berth is a professional coal berth, construction of storage, unloading and supporting facilities, with an annual throughput of 25 million tons. This project is a key project for Rizhao Port to accelerate the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, realize the adjustment of port area functional layout, and promote the integration of port industry and city, and is of great significance to optimizing the layout of coal and container transportation.
Rizhao Port Lanshan Port Deepwater Channel Phase II Project
total investment is 1.65 billion yuan, a new 300,000-ton channel is built, a length of 42.8 kilometers, a navigation width of 390 meters, and a dredging of 22.5 million cubic meters. The completion acceptance has been completed.
Rizhaogang Lanshan Port Area 300,000-ton crude oil terminal
total investment is 820 million yuan, a 300,000-ton crude oil berth is built, supporting unloading devices, internal oil pipelines, etc., and a new crude oil connection and unloading capacity of 18 million tons is added. At present, the acceptance and special acceptance of part of the terminal have been completed.
Rizhaogang LNG receiving station
total investment is 6.49 billion yuan, mainly including receiving stations, docks and breakwater projects. The construction scale is 3 million tons/year for LNG landing capacity. A new dock and supporting facilities for 80,000 to 266,000-266,000-mounted LNG ship will be built, two 200,000-mounted LNG storage tanks, the total length of the guide bridge and breakwater will be about 7 kilometers, and the designed annual pass capacity is 5.505 million tons. After the project is completed, the city's energy structure will be further optimized.
Rizhao Port Transformation and Upgrading Project
Total investment is 23 billion yuan, mainly to build 2 100,000-ton bulk cargo berths, 3 200,000-ton ore berths, 1 300,000-ton ore berths, as well as the rear yard and the port railway ring line; the Rizhao South Station expansion project is implemented in a supporting manner. After the project is completed, the port functional layout will be further optimized, the ecological environment will be improved, and the collection and distribution system will be improved.
