The company has an annual production capacity of 160,000 tons. According to the "Guangrao County Rubber Tire Industry Cluster Development Promotion Plan" issued by the Guangrao County People's Government Office in 2021, we strive to build 3-5 enterprises that have entered the top 30 tire industries in the world by 2023, and gradually build a first-class and world-renowned high-end rubber industry base in the country.

Regarding supporting key leading enterprises to become bigger and stronger, the "Plan" stated that the product structure will be adjusted by updating equipment, increasing R&D investment, etc., and further improving product grade and added value.
At the same time, the government has established a reserve library for companies that intend to list on the rubber tire industry to promote qualified enterprises to list and raise funds on the main board, Science and Technology Innovation Board , SME Board, GEM and New Third Board Listing .
In terms of management model, the "Plan" stated that it will accelerate the promotion of advanced management models such as Six Sigma, 6S management , and refined management, encourage the establishment of a personalized customization platform of " Internet + ", vigorously promote the application of information technology such as tire production and manufacturing execution system (MES) in tires and their production processes, and realize the process reengineering of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products.
Finally, the "Plan" also pointed out that it will explore the establishment of a joint procurement mechanism for bulk raw materials such as natural rubber, establish a raw material procurement alliance, realize development and sharing, and reduce procurement costs.
