On December 21, the 7th First Member Meeting and 23rd Anniversary Celebration of Foshan Shunde District Paint Chamber of Commerce was held at Shunde Sheraton Hotel . The meeting elected the leadership team of the seventh council of Shunde Paint Chamber of Commerce, and Luo Yu was elected as the president of the seventh Shunde Paint Chamber of Commerce.

Luo Yu, born in October 1966, is a native of Nanchang, Jiangxi, with a college degree. He is the president of Shunde Paint Chamber of Commerce, chairman of Rosif Technology, secretary-general of China Coatings Industry Association 4th Architectural Coatings Branch, and vice president of China Coatings University .
He worked at Jiangxi Administrative Cadre College from August 1988 to July 1992; from August 1992 to July 1998, he served as Worked at Harbor Industrial Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhuhai Municipal Personnel Bureau; from August 1998 to January 2018, he served as president of Shunde Badu Group; from May 2018 to present, he served as chairman of Foshan Rosif Technology Co., Ltd.
As a well-known " Ganshang " representative in the coatings industry, Luo Yu has been awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Manager of China's Coatings in the Forty Years of Reform and Opening Up in 2019", "Person of Outstanding Contribution to China's Coatings Industry for a Century", "Century of Merit in the National Coatings Industry", "Meritorious Figure in the Coatings Industry" and other honorary titles.
At the meeting that day, Luo Yu made an inaugural speech on "Respect, Gratitude, Inheritance, and Toward the Future".
He thanked all the members for electing him as the president of this chamber of commerce. He was deeply honored by everyone's trust and love.
He believes that serving as the president of the Chamber of Commerce is not only an honor, but also a responsibility. Especially during the current epidemic, all walks of life have been severely tested by the market, and they feel that they have a long way to go.
As we all know, Shunde enjoys the reputation of "the hometown of China's coatings". It has cultivated many outstanding talents in the industry and many well-known coatings companies have emerged. This has driven the development of the national coatings industry and has always been the pride of Shunde.
He pointed out that although the current market and epidemic situation are very severe, as long as we continue to leverage our strengths and advantages, we will be able to overcome the difficulties.
At the same time, this severe situation will also give the Chamber of Commerce more to think about, but with everyone’s support and the care of the old presidents, he is confident in doing a good job in the future.
Because there are too many good spirits and bright spots in the old presidents and members, which can benefit everyone. To this end, the theme of this conference is "Respect, Gratitude, Inheritance, and Looking to the Future."
He talked about the work ideas of the 7th Chamber of Commerce in the next five years, and will work closely around the theme of "Respect, Gratitude, Inheritance, and Towards the Future" and the theme spirit of this conference.
He believes that the "four respects" must be achieved first. Because "those who love others will always be loved by others; those who respect others will always be respected by others", respect is a virtue.
First, we must respect the industry: The healthy development of the industry is based on everyone's respect and awe for the industry. Only by doing more to protect the industry and not doing things that harm the industry can the coatings industry truly become an "industry on which the sun never sets."
The second is to respect products: Products are the cornerstone of a manufacturing company's everlasting business. Only by making more products that lead the development of the industry and have high quality will the golden sign of "China's Home of Coatings" shine forever.
The third is to respect talents: National development depends on talents, and national rejuvenation depends on talents. Talents are the foundation of rejuvenating the country, the foundation of enriching the people, and the source of development. Our Shunde coating industry must form a good atmosphere of respecting talents, cherishing talents, and respecting knowledge, so that enterprises will have a steady stream of development momentum.
The fourth is to respect members: Members are the foundation of the existence of the chamber of commerce. Only by fully respecting members and listening to their voices can we help members' concerns and do what they want.

The rise and fall of the industry determines the rise and fall of the enterprise. We must cherish and maintain this industry.
The second is to be grateful to the experts: New coating technologies, new coating products, well-known brands, innovative production techniques, and innovative construction techniques are all created by experts.
