According to the bad behavior handling report, Shijiazhuang Pioneer Power Transformer Co., Ltd. was undergoing random inspection of distribution network materials. This supplier supplied 21 10kV pole-mounted transformer sets to the State Grid Qitaihe Power Supply Company, ZA-1-ZX, 200kVA, 12m. The test result of one unit failed, and the DC resistance test item of the transformer failed, which is a general quality problem. The
situation report shows that the punishment measures are to suspend the qualification to win the bid in the Heilongjiang company tender from September 29, 2022 to March 28, 2023.
