Turkmenistan has become one of the top ten countries with the lowest gasoline prices in the world, and is also the cheapest gasoline among the CIS countries. According to data from global energy website GlobalPetrolPrices, as of December 5, the price of No. 95 gasoline in Turkmenistan was US$0.433 per liter.
data shows that the global average price of gasoline is US$1.3 per liter, and the lowest oil price is Venezuela , US$0.016 per liter. Countries and regions with low oil prices also include Libya and Iran, at US$0.031 and US$0.053 respectively.
At the same time, the countries and regions with high oil prices are mainly US$2.405 per liter of gasoline in the Central African Republic and US$2.252 per liter of Iceland.
It is understood that in 2019, Tu Ahar Prefecture Natural Gas Oil Factory was put into production. One of the advantages of the plant is its ability to produce ECO-93 gasoline that meets the Euro 5 emission standards.
