Red Star Capital Bureau reported on November 22 that Suning.com added a bankruptcy review case information. Tianyancha App shows that on November 21, Suning.com Group Co., Ltd. and Neijiang Suning Logistics Co., Ltd. added a bankruptcy review case. The applicant was Neijiang Jinhua Logistics Co., Ltd., and the Measures Court was Neijiang Intermediate People's Court of Sichuan Province.
According to the Science and Technology Innovation Board Daily, relevant persons from Suning.com responded that the case does not involve Suning.com Group , nor is it that Suning.com Group was filed for bankruptcy. It is a dispute case between Neijiang Jinhua Logistics Co., Ltd. v. Neijiang Suning Logistics Co., Ltd. accepted by the Neijiang Intermediate People's Court of Sichuan Province. The listed company Suning.com has no creditor-debtor relationship with the applicant of the case itself, and the only debtor confirmed in the case judgment is Neijiang Suning Logistics.
Subsequently, the relevant person in charge of Suning.com told the Hongxing Capital Bureau that the company (Neijiang Jinhua Logistics Co., Ltd.) has submitted a withdrawal of the lawsuit.
Tianyancha APP shows that Neijiang Suning Logistics Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan.
