On the morning of July 5, the fifth "three batches" event in Henan Province was held. Xinxiang Municipal Party Committee Secretary Li Weidong and Mayor Wei Jianping led Xinxiang City relevant personnel who participated in the event to observe and investigate Xinfei Smart Home Technology Industrial Park in the rain Project site. Lu Jian introduced the investment and construction progress of Xinfei Smart Home Technology Industrial Park and Xinfei’s production and operation in the first half of the year. Currently, the Xinfei Zhijia Science and Technology Industrial Park project is advancing in an all-round way. Among them, the door sealing workshop, extrusion board line workshop, and after-sales maintenance workshop have completed the main construction, and door and window installation and floor construction are in progress; the basic construction of other individual buildings in the industrial park has been basically completed; the hoisting construction of the roof steel structure of the No. 1 Freezer Production Plant It is nearing completion and the steel structure installation of No. 4 Logistics and Distribution Center has started. In the next step, Xinfei will work hard to overcome the problems and difficulties during construction and complete the project construction plan as scheduled while ensuring the project construction quality and construction safety.
Lu Jian also reported Xinfei’s operating performance in the first half of the year to the city leaders. In the first half of 2022, Xinfei worked hard to overcome the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic and the international situation. Through product technological innovation, internal management potential tapping, and sales expansion channel and other measures, 1 -Operating revenue maintained steady growth in June, with a year-on-year increase of 30%, and profitability also improved significantly. As the Xinfei Smart Home Industrial Park is completed and put into use, Xinfei's production efficiency and product competitiveness will be further improved, and it will have a huge promotion effect on Xinfei's scale and brand improvement.
Secretary Li Weidong and Mayor Wei Jianping fully affirmed the construction of the Xinfei Smart Home Industrial Park project after observing and listening to the report. They hope to further accelerate the construction progress, scientifically schedule, reverse the construction period, and strive to put the freezer production line into operation before the Spring Festival. Li Weidong emphasized that Xinfei Smart Home Science and Technology Industrial Park, as the fifth phase of Xinxiang City's "Three Batch" major projects and a key construction project in Henan Province, has attracted much attention. The Xinxiang Municipal Party Committee and Government will provide all-round support to promote the project as soon as possible. It was put into production and achieved results, realizing the take-off of the Xinfei brand. It will play a huge role in making Xinxiang's refrigeration industry bigger and stronger and form an industrial cluster effect, and build Xinxiang City into a large-scale and influential home appliance industry base in China.
