Report shows that in the 2022 national cosmetics supervision and random inspection work, after inspection by Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Drug Inspection Institute and other units, it was marked as Li Keya Golden Snail Skin Rejuvenation and Hydrating Silk Mask produced by Guangzhou Jishang Cosmetics Co., Ltd.; 23 batches of cosmetics (including toothpaste) such as Yumeijing Children's Cream produced by Tianjin Yumeijing Group Co., Ltd. do not meet the requirements.
Among them, a batch of products named "Yumijing Children's Cream" were detected to have a total of 640,000 CFU/g. According to the "Technical Specifications for Cosmetic Safety" (2015 edition), the total number of colonies in eye, lips and children's cosmetics should be ≤500CFU/g. The total number of colonies in this batch of products exceeds the standard requirements by more than 1,200 times.
and a batch of products marked as "Yuezhi Secret Crystal Sunscreen Spray SPF50+ PA+++" were detected to be unqualified in "Ingredient Comparison" . The sunscreen agent marked with the technical requirements stated in the product label and registration information of this batch of products are not detected: bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyltriazine, humosalate, Oclilin , phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid; however, the sunscreen agent marked with the technical requirements stated in the product label and registration information of the product label and registration information are not marked: 4-methylbenzylene camphor.
Guangzhou Jishang Cosmetics Co., Ltd., in addition to the above-mentioned unqualified products, was also detected in three other unqualified batch products, including Likeya Aloe Vera Skin Replenishment and Repair Mask, Likeya Milk Celsius Skin Rejuvenation Mask, and Yashubao Honeycomb Polypeptide Firming and Repair Black Gold Mask.
In addition, Caijie Hair Dye Paste (natural black, flax color , chestnut color) produced by Guangzhou Caijie Cosmetics Co., Ltd. was randomly detected that "the product label is inconsistent with the technical requirements stated in the registration information, and the hair dye that is not marked with the product label: resorcinol , phenylmethylpyrazolinone" and other problems.

According to the " Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulations " and " Cosmetics Production and Operation Supervision and Administration Measures ", the State Food and Drug Administration requires Tianjin, Hebei, Jiangsu, Fujian, and Guangdong Province (city) drug supervision and administration departments do not comply with the above 23 batches. It is stipulated that the registrants, filingers, entrusted manufacturers, and domestic responsible persons involved in cosmetics will be investigated in accordance with the law, and the relevant enterprises will be ordered to immediately take risk control measures and carry out self-inspection and rectification; the drug supervision and administration departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) will order the relevant cosmetic operators to immediately stop operating the above-mentioned cosmetics, and investigate their purchase inspection records in accordance with the law, and trace the source of the illegal products; if illegal acts are found, they will be seriously investigated and dealt with in accordance with the law; if suspected of committing a crime, they will be transferred to the public security organs in accordance with the law.
