On Sunday, Lil Nas X shined at the BET Awards Ceremony, wearing two bold gender fluid costumes, and then performed in the Ancient Egyptian style.
The musician appeared in a striking gown, reappeared in a striking floral suit, then changed into a full-gold suit, singing "Montero (Call Me By Your Name" live
The first outfit designed by designer Andrea Grossi was an oversized structural skirt, corset and jacket, which the singer paired with a white suspender. This blue and white dress inspired by labor is covered with illustrations that suggest war and religion.

This design comes from Grossi's collection "Welcome to Deuslan", which is written in several parts of the dress. Grossi, a newly graduated fashion graduate, told the Berlin magazine Kaltbult that his 2019 portfolio aims to “reveal the problems of the 21st century” and criticizes the politics and religion that “long led the people to the wrong path” Ideology

Lil Nas X recently explored the theme of religion and sex in a controversial music video of “Montero” where he slides down a pillar to come to hell, where he dances provocatively with the devil.
The singer later shared pictures of the outfit on Instagram, with the title "Doll"

But Lil Nas X is not finished yet. Shortly after his first appearance on the red carpet, he changed into a costume and soon returned in Richard Quinn’s embroidery suit.
This complex outfit is part of the British designer's Autumn and Winter 2021 collection, featuring 70s-style bell-bottom trousers and pink flower patterns woven by crystals and beads.

Later, during the performance of Montero, Lil Nas X stepped on the stage in a golden look, wearing a third outfit, including a snake ring, an oversized neckline and a skirt. At the end of the show, he kissed a male dancer, which organizer BET called “this position is especially suitable during Pride Month.” Elsewhere on the red carpet, actress Zedaya wore a retro dress from Versace with a sagging neckline and a slit thigh with purple

Stylist Law Roach posted a video of the star on Instagram, saying the outfit was a "tribute to Queen Beyoncé" who wore a shorter skirt to attend the 2003 BET Awards show.
Megan Thee Stallion won the Best Hip Hop Female Artist Award, and she chose Jean Paul Gaultier's white dress as the red carpet. The outfit combines Gottiye’s signature tapered bra design with a shiny hip chain connecting the sides of the skirt.

Meanwhile, creator rapper Tyler (Rapper Tyler the Creator) wears two suitcases, wearing a leopard-print sweater vest, a furry pink hat and shorts.

He completed the look with obviously self-referential accessories, including a pendant with a man carrying two suitcases.
