According to producer Rich Palmer, this device is Doctor Doom's "time platform."

"What's exciting is that the uniforms were designed by Ryan Meinerding, which is a real treat.

The teleporter he enters with is something we pulled from the comics, which is Doctor Doom's time platform."

This time travel device first appeared in "Fantastic Four" No. 5 in 1962.

In this issue, Doom uses the device to go back in time for the first time to steal the Merlin Stone in the 18th century.

This device was later used by the Fantastic Four to travel back to ancient Egypt, where they met Kang the Conqueror.

Additionally, they accidentally released a dinosaur in the Baxter Building (home of the Fantastic Four).

There were previous rumors that Doctor Doom would appear in "Black Panther 2", and he would even become the trigger for a war between Wakanda and Atlantis.

However, this has yet to be confirmed by more official announcements.
