Subsequently, the prosecutor handling the case filed a case promptly in response to this situation and issued a pre-litigation prosecution recommendation to the Yongning County Health and Family Planning Bureau, requesting that the clinic be dealt with in accordance with the law. After receiving the procuratorial advice, the Yongning County Health and Family Planning Bureau took active actions and imposed a fine of 20,000 yuan on the Kangkang Clinic, confiscation of 20,000 yuan of illegal income and administrative penalties of drugs and equipment, and promptly banned the illegal practice site.
