The project intends to rely on the strong cultural heritage of Guanglu Ancient Town, fully excavate Yao’an’s long-standing tusi culture, and use historical and cultural heritage resources to build a cultural tourism integrating cultural expo, sightseeing, film and television promotion, leisure and residence, and characteristic commerce base. It is planned to construct the Chinese Tusi Museum, Tusi Cultural Real Estate District, Tusi Film and Television Cultural District and Tusi Folk Customs District.
