New version of the TV series " Three Kingdoms ", more than 90 episodes, angry, but I don't feel the burden when I watch it, but I am so excited! I personally think it is a very successful drama; but it seems that it has never been officially "superficially broadcasted". Could it be because it's too long?
says "new version", but in fact it has been produced for many years. Fortunately, there are only two versions of the TV series about "Three Kingdoms". The one that Tang Guoqiang played Zhuge Liang in is called "Romance of the Three Kingdoms"; later the so-called "new version" was called "Three Kingdoms", Gao Xixi's director, Lu Yi's director, Lu Yi's role as Zhuge Liang, Yu Hewei's role as Liu Bei, Chen Jianbin, play Cao Cao, and Ni Dahong play Sima Yi... It is called the "old version" of "Romance of the Three Kingdoms". In fact, there are more than 80 episodes, and the "single" TV series broadcast may be the longest (several movies are combined, such as "The Great Qin Empire"). How big is the difference between more than eighty episodes and more than ninety episodes?
Many people still think that the old version of "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" is "classic" and cannot be surpassed. The reason why the author has different views may be personal reasons. When I read "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" (old version), I was younger, and maybe I "didn't fully understand the meaning". When I watched the new version of "Three Kingdoms", I not only became much more mature, but also worked as a screenwriter. My understanding and feelings were more comprehensive and profound.

. In fact, after I stopped watching the new and old versions, I vaguely learned from many "indirect" perspectives that the new version of "Three Kingdoms" is not popular and has little to do with its length, but because it may have "offended" something! What? It's worth pondering and scrutinizing.
(I) The advantages of the old version of the TV series "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" in the "simple" level
Forgive me for the increasingly "love" of the word "simple", because it is too popular and too "represents correct". I really dare not underestimate it. It is used more to help strengthen understanding so that it will not "slide" to the opposite of "the target of public criticism".
First of all, the opening song: the old version of "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" uses the popular "Linjiangxian" (the rolling Yangtze River flows eastward...), which is paired with a profound baritone, which is very shocking. It is a relatively obvious "advantage".
Then there is the character setting (setting makeup, style): the somewhat dull Liu Bei ( Sun Yanjun ornaments), Cao Cao ( Bao Guoan ornaments), Diao Chan ( Chen Hong ornaments), the profound Zhuge Liang (Tang Guoqiang) who looks more in line with imagination... Most of the "spectators" look at the Three Kingdoms, mainly focus on these characters. They don’t even care about “being good at fighting in advance” Lu Bu , “tiger occupies Jiangdong” Sun Quan , “soul of Jiangdong” Lu Su , and Sima Yi, who are so skillful and skillful, are actually very important and even "representative" characters, what are their image and dramas?

The third point of the old version of "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" can be said to be entirely attributed to Tang Guoqiang and Zhuge Liang who played - as far as the original novel "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", the author once mentioned in other articles - is actually centered on Zhuge Liang. The whole story can be divided into three stages: the chaos before Zhuge Liang was "born", Zhuge Liang's great achievements after "entering the official", and the declining after Zhuge Liang's death. The "setting" of
, as described in other articles, is a literary "projection" of the psychological appeal of the novel author Luo Guanzhong and the "common Confucian son" he represents. If so, there may be a certain "distortion" in the presentation of the novel itself.
This may not be very meaningful, and the image is similar to the example: In people's impression of "destined" by the novel "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" written in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty (some say it was early Ming Dynasty), Zhuge Liang was mature and skillful, and Zhou Yu was frivolous and free. Therefore, in opera, Zhuge Liang belonged to the "old student" (正sheng) profession, but in fact (traceable to history), Zhou Yu, who was at least eight or nine years older than Zhuge Liang, was a "little student".

This kind of "impression" cognition is composed and solid. The "customized" "image recognition" of most people is difficult to shake. If there is a slight mistake, they will encounter a strong group "spiritual boycott"! Therefore, adapting and further adapting becomes an advantage! The "substantive" differences between the two versions of
(II) have been mentioned earlier. The new version of the long drama "Three Kingdoms" seems to have never been broadcasted in a "strong" manner. The author reads CD (pirated compressed disk), some of which are similar to "high-end" small paragraphs. I remember two clearly:
. The director Gao Xixi was interviewed. He mentioned that this version (new version) does not exactly follow the novel "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", but refers to some relevant historical materials (not "Romance of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms), and appropriately integrates the meaning of "looking at the ancients from the present", so he is definitely related to the novel "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" and The old version of "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" filmed by basically "faithfully" is different, and perhaps some places are more obvious; therefore, in order to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and disputes, the title of this drama is set as "Three Kingdoms", rather than "Romance of the Three Kingdoms"...

Another small paragraph is an interview with "Three Kingdoms", that is, people who have "study" of the "Three Kingdoms". In the picture, a thin man who seems to be "middle-aged" has continued his beard, shaking feather fan , wearing a round neck and a buttoned shirt (not a long gown). When asked about his opinion on the new version of "Three Kingdoms", he said disdainfully and disgustedly, "I didn't watch it" and "I'm not angry with that." Two very interesting fragments of
! The former allows me to see a "master" who is humble and cautious in exploring and pursuing "classics" in literature and art, and the courage to question and dare to recreate. And what about the latter...? How could you know if you would be "angry" without watching it? Just imagine it out of thin air, and feel that it might be different from what he believes, so he blocked himself "not angry"? Wearing "Chinese" clothes, slim beards, and shaking feather fans is probably because of Zhuge Liang.
Little did he know whether Zhuge Liang would continue his beard and what kind of beard he had; what could be concluded was that the so-called "Chinese" clothes with a round neck and a single-line button on his body were the transformation of the "Manchu" worn by Zhuge Liang for hundreds of years after his death! I really want to "pretend" Zhuge Liang, maybe I put on a Taoist robe... But that would be even more funny!

didn't read it, no right to speak! It is easy to judge how unbearable the drama that you "disdain" at a glance is. It can be said that many viewers "stubbornly" "super" the extreme portrayal of the psychological reasons of the old version of "Romance of the Three Kingdoms"! The reason is nothing more than five words - disrespect for the original work. The original work is the novel "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" by Luo Guanzhong, an ancient man.
Many people, including those who shoulder significant responsibilities for history and literature, will regard the novel "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" marked as "history"! If the "early" of the novels began to spread and modern times, the "successful journey" of Zhuge Liang, who was "native in common" in the novel, could be "inspiring" to a large number of "white-body" Confucian scholars, so they "will rather believe it", then what happened? What about now? What about the future? An ancient novel with a large fictitious composition and even some of them are very likely to be randomly regarded as a "classic book" that cannot be "going off the wrong way". Even the call to the clock in the enemy camp can not be "studying" but can only be "studying" that the author of the novel hundreds of years ago wrote a randomly, which is "correct", authentic, and good? !

The dislike of the new version of the "Three Kingdoms" long drama, not "agree" or even derogatory or "suppression", is actually not a question of whether it is "faithful to the original work" or even "conforming to history", but rather that it is not used to and does not accept the "cognitive limitation" of even a little change - I just recognized this, and I don't even think of shaken me, I have my own opinions! Very confident! !
The tablet is tilted but no one is "protected" and even whoever "helps" will be rebellious! It was just because the one who was wrongly placed at the beginning was the "ancestor".Our ancestors are our beliefs and cannot be questioned! So, can we...can...can...make progress-? !
(III) The "highlights" worthy of "appreciation" in the new version of "Three Kingdoms"
Let's talk about the opening song first: Although it is not as good as the "Linjiangxian" with a grand narrative style of baritone, the lyrics of "The heroic wind and fierce horses in the north, and the spring rain and apricot blossoms in the south of the Yangtze River" are also very beautiful! In a sense, these two sentences seem to have the heroic spirit of "looking down on the world", and also slightly diffracted the trend of the mainstream Chinese civilization "moving south" from the Yellow River basin to the Yangtze River basin during the "Three Kingdoms" period. That is the prelude to the change of "ancient millet civilization" to "ancient rice civilization"!

Compared with the old version of Cao Cao played by Bao Guoan in "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", Chen Jianbin's presentation may be a little less scheming and profound, but it clearly shows the "spiritual integration" of pervertedness and wisdom, and vividly interprets a powerful and scheming man with a very pattern, talented and strategic, civil and military attacks but a little childish and "rogue-like" relationship. It is really worth checking and comparing! The "Three Kingdoms" belong not only to Zhuge Liang, but also to Cao Cao, Liu Bei, and Sun Quan. It can even be said that it belongs to them! Among them, Cao Cao is both a "benchmark" (opponent) and a "through clue".
Lu Su and Pang Tong are actually two very important characters in the story of the Three Kingdoms. Although they don’t have many “appearances”, they are all very important. Compared with the stereotype and simple "kindness" of the old version of "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", Lu Su in the new version of "Three Kingdoms" shows a "hero" side, and cooperates with Sun Quan, who has obvious roles, to interpret the "Jiangdong Power Scheme" significantly more specifically and heavy! And Pang Tong, who is ugly and quick-witted in the new version of "The Three Kingdoms", has truly become a "character" rather than just a "background"!
There is also Sima Yi who must be mentioned - compared to Sima Yi playing Ni Dahong in the new version of "Three Kingdoms", Teacher Wei ( Wei Zongwan ) in the old version of "Romance of the Three Kingdoms", it can be described as "I will only act like that after a lifetime." Of course, if there were no such many ups and downs of scenes deliberately added by the new version of "Three Kingdoms", anyone would have interpreted Sima Yi, who seemed to be "edge" in the original novel so profoundly and vividly - hiding, alert, being ignorant, suspicious, having good plans, being cautious in words and deeds, and having great plans...

and Sima Yi played by Ni Dahong, the Cao family's power struggle in the new version of "Three Kingdoms" made the Cao Pi , which was originally quite "background" in history and in the novel, but in fact "epoch" became a living "people"! It is said that when Director Gao Xixi invited the actor to play Cao Pi, the other party immediately expressed that he had no role or was not interested. Director Gao asked him to see what he had before talking about it. As a result, after reading the script, the actor turned around 180°, and even sincerely asked to leave this character to him and not look for others. The actor didn't remember his name and his appearance rate was quite high, but he was all "supporting roles"; Cao Pi was also a supporting role, but he was the best performance I saw, performing a "wonderful" Cao Pi that I never thought of!
The most "liked" new version of "Three Kingdoms", the author believes that it is Liu Bei played by Yu Hewei - in addition to the extremely "superficial" "representation" of "from the original work", which not only gives him the "martial value" of "unparalleled swordsmanship" (which is likely closer to the truth), but also completely shatters the inherent "face" of "being respected the wise and humble men", and interprets a "city emperor on the horse's back" deeply into the bones, making people unable to help "connect" Mr. Gu Yanwu's description of the real Liu Bei in history - a life-long danger! Especially the "deep contradiction" with Zhuge Liang after "entering Sichuan" has increasingly demonstrated the "king" decision and "super power".The sentence "Do you think I don't know the soldiers?" is creepy! When the defeated Baidi City "received" the Eastern Wu envoy, the sentence "Are you here to humiliate me specifically?" shows the desolation of failure and powerlessness...

and the bright and dark contradictions between the "Sun Family" power group of the Eastern Wu and the military commander Zhou Yu and Lu Meng and the "run-in-the-go" between the " Jiangnan clan" represented by Lu Xun is also an important "point" that cannot be seen from the original novel and the old TV series!
There are many other highlights - Diao Chan's suicide, "emotion" and struggle of Emperor Xian of Han , Huang Zhong 's honesty and generous, Wei Yan 's high energy and swagger, Zhuge Liang's selfishness, private affection, and the desire for power and small-mindedness of "the flaws do not hide the merits"... There are countless! Of course, it cannot be said that there are no shortcomings, but the "re-evolution" backed by "basic human nature" and political and military common sense. The author believes that it is definitely worth encouraging. In fact, the presented novel "Three Kingdoms" is generally worthy of recognition!
Perhaps, a little "loosening" our group-style "cognitive limitations" can evoke more, better and more "refresh" literary works! Even with the help of literary and artistic platforms, we will hope to develop a broad sense of "group temperament" that is constantly vigilant and continuously enhance cognition, so as to approach the famous saying that unknown person said - one of the greatest achievements of mankind is that one day I finally know myself.
