I read the blog post of the female victim (picture attached at the end of this article) three times over and over again. I admired the female victim’s literary talent. Everyone saw that she used many words in her narrative, which showed that she was not a Ordinary people, at least, are very good at organizing words.
Review this matter carefully, calmly and objectively. I personally think that the possibility of Chen Xiaohua being drunk and walking into the wrong room is more consistent with the situation at that time. Of course, I don't mean to excuse him by saying this, I'm just discussing the matter.
Let’s take a closer look. Chen Xiaohua lives on the fifth floor. He drank on the 14th floor. He should have been drinking all night. When he came downstairs at five o’clock, he went to the first floor and even put his clothes on the first floor. Take it off, this should be a sign of drunkenness (he probably thought he was home).
On the other hand, if he intended to be unfaithful to others, why would he take off his clothes in a public place on the first floor? So for this matter, it can only be that he drank too much. When
arrived on the first floor, he noticed something was wrong. He wanted to go back to his own floor, the fifth floor, but he pressed the button for the third floor, which also meant that he had drunk too much.
As for what happened next, there is no need to elaborate. We can just listen to the female victim’s account because she is the party involved.
Now let’s think about this thing in reverse. Assuming that Chen Xiaohua did it intentionally, isn’t this process too strange? And it’s impossible for Chen Xiaohua to know beforehand that this room was occupied by a single woman, right?
And he explained that he lived on the fifth floor in the same location as this room. I think it is most likely correct, and it is in line with the cognition of being drunk.
