At 13:36 on August 1, the Erlong Township Government of Zhenping County received a report from the masses that someone was drowning in the river at the intersection of Bojiazhuang, Qingliangshu Village.
After receiving the report, the Erlong Township Party Committee and government, and the public security, firefighting, and medical departments quickly organized personnel to rush to the scene to rescue them. A total of 4 drowning people were rescued, but the rescue efforts were unsuccessful. After a preliminary investigation, the deceased Cao Moumou drove two adults and two minors to play at the intersection of Qingliangshu Village and Zajiazhuang. How to rescue the drowning person safely?

This is to ensure the safety of the rescuer, and it is also the fastest and most effective means to rescue the drowning person.
2, toss, mainly refers to life-saving equipment such as life buoys, swimming rings, or larger beverage bottles, plastic buckets, etc., the more the better, it is best to bundle them together and throw them around the drowning person with a long enough rope, It is best to tie heavy objects such as bricks and stones on the top to ensure "accurate delivery", and the longer the better.
3, stroke , refers to the rescue on the basis of "stretching" and "throwing" by approaching the drowning person by means of a boat.

Awake and breathing: call 120, accompany, keep warm, wait for rescue personnel or send to hospital for observation.

No response, no breathing: Immediately clean up foreign bodies in the mouth and nose, and follow the order of A-B-C, namely: open airway (A), artificial Respiratory (B), chest compressions (C) for CPR.
External chest compression method: The hands are overlapped and the fingers are raised, the palm root is touching the lower part of the drowning person sternum , and the arm is kept perpendicular to the drowning person's chest wall and pressed hard.Pressing should be carried out smoothly and regularly without interruption. The time for pressing down is equal to the time for relaxing up. When pressing to the lowest point, there should be an obvious pause. When relaxing, the base of the palm should not leave the chest pressing part, but it should be done as much as possible. Relax so that there is no pressure on the sternum. Perform artificial respiration at the same time as chest compressions, 15 compressions and 1 artificial respiration. The examination time generally does not exceed 10 seconds, otherwise it will interfere with the successful resuscitation. Remember not to check repeatedly so as not to waste time.
If there is AED nearby, immediately intervene in AED defibrillation. And continue cardiopulmonary resuscitation until the patient resumes spontaneous breathing or emergency personnel arrive at the scene.
