[Worldview news] FIR . The former lead singer of Fei Er Band accused Faye (Zhan Wenting) after retiring, and his teacher Chen Jianning signed a fake contract with his former club Huayan International Chen and Huayan Chairman Lu Yanqing and General Manager He Yanling were charged with the crime of forging documents; Chen Jianning counter-charged Faye with false accusations. The Taipei Prefectural Procuratorate determined that Faye signed the handwriting personally. The whole case was a misunderstanding, and four people will not be prosecuted today.
FIR is a rare female-two-male trio in the Chinese music scene. It consists of lead singer Faye Fei (Zhan Wenting), guitarist REAL Ah Qin (Huang Hanqing), and keyboardist IAN (Chen Jianning). Joined by Lydia (Han Rui) in 2018, Faye flew away.
Faye alleged that she joined Huayan as the lead singer of the Feier Orchestra. One of the performance bonds was not signed by her personally, nor did she authorize others to sign on her behalf. For this reason, she accused Chen Jianning and the senior executives of Huayan's chairman of forging documents. Chen Jianning counter-charged Faye with false accusations and crimes against reputation. Faye personally signed the contract and authorized him to handle the contract on his behalf.
Faye argued that only his ID number should be signed on the contract authorizing Chen Jianning to negotiate the contract, but he did not sign the performance bond with Huayan. However, the prosecution sent the handwriting on the contract to the Criminal Bureau for identification, and the result was consistent with Faye's handwriting, and it was determined that Chen Jianning and others did not constitute the crime of forging documents.
As for Chen Jianning’s counter-charge of Faye’s false accusation and damage to his reputation, the prosecutors considered that Chen Jianning had pointed out to Faye’s agent that Faye always forgets things, and he does not blame Faye; the prosecutors believe that Faye should be forgotten after signing the contract. Jinyi will not prosecute false accusations and subjective violations of reputation.
